Unfortunately, I like the food @ Chos but their service is dicey at best and when they constantly mess up my to go orders I cannot in good faith give them a decent review. I am sure dining in the food is good if you get a good server, but I have had bad experiences both dining in and with to go orders. I have voiced this to the manager about my take out issues which he is good about offering a refund, but the same mistakes continue to happen so I stopped complaining and decided that while the food is good I am not going to continue to patronize an establishment that doesnt listen when I am spending upwards of $75 per week in orders. Again, the food is good but the service is weak. So, you may or may not get a good meal as it will be the roll of the dice each time. In my book there are too many other places that do get it right. What is even worse is it is clear that no one has never trained their to go staff in basic customer service. For example, never, no matter how busy things are put a client on hold for more than 1-2 minutes (ask if they are okay holding for an extended period and offer to take down their number and call them back). Another big one is to repeat the order once the client tells them what they want and to always check to make sure every order has any extras the client has asked for like chopsticks or sauces etc. Tonight I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and after calling back with a busy signal it told me they are putting others on hold for that long also. Some people never learn. If we had any real competition in Lakeway clients would never put up with this failure. I gave my business to another establishment and unless I get a serious desire for Chos there are plenty of other places to get sushi until they figure things out.

It is hard for me to rate since all I know is from Japan and Hawaii. Id say the Tako/octopus nigiri was good and the hot sake was excellent. Happy hour was reasonable to me at $4 for two larger sized nigiri pieces and $3 for hot sake. Overall for $11 and a few dollars for a tip Ill come back again.

My boyfriend took me here for a pre Christmas gift because we both love sushi!! We seriously dont go anywhere else to get sushi this is our favorite place! Food is always made right and the customer service is delightful. Most definitely will be coming back when were craving sushi!

I really dont see how this place is so highly rated. The sushi is mediocre at best. Perhaps if all you eat is rolls you would be satisfied, but for someone that primarily eats negri and sashimi the fish quality does not cut it.

Awsome sushi and sashimi, staff are excellent and very friendly. Love coming here. People remember what i want and always are available to serve random rolls and assorments. Great resturant and the price fits like a glove.

Great lunch specials, and good food. The fish is always fresh, and if you order to go they keep the hot stuff and the cold stuff separate so the sushi doesnt get warm. Best sushi on Lakeway hands down!
