The food was good but we had terrible service I went in with a couple friends just 5 people. And our waiter kept forgetting items sake that was ordered at the beginning of the meal wasnt delivered until the very end and only because of the horrible service did our meal kind of suffer. We ordered several drinks from the bar through our waiter and the the order didnt go through until I actually went myself from our private area to order from the bartender directly. And only then did I realize while talking to the bartender that there was in fact several orders for the drink that we wanted one of that was going to be delivered to our table. This along with many other small problems with our waiter nearly ruined our night. It was only because of an employee by the name of Alex Lopez that our night was saved. His manager apparently doesnt want him to be a waiter even though he knows the menu Sushi and Hibachi inside and out because he is too useful in other areas of the restaurant. Because of Alex Lopez replacing our waiter our night was salvaged and we had a good time. From now on anytime I go to this restaurant Im going to call ahead and specifically request him.

Worst experience Ive ever had at any restaurant! After waiting for over an hour with a party of 16 we finally had ONE chef who came over with a horrible attitude because according to him he "had to work a double shift" he proceeded to cook for only half of our party and then left! The other half of our family sat there waiting while the rest of us ate until finally someone else came in when we were already done with our meals! Aside from this I was told I couldnt share my food with my son who mind you doesnt eat very much so he had to have his own plate or I would be charged an extra $8 so I figured I would just order him a plate, when I received my bill I was STILL charged extra plus gratuity all the while we had to be getting up to go to the bar and have our drinks refilled because our waiter was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!! And now as Im trying to reach a manager I cant even call because their phone line rings once and then gives no further options!!!

It was a very disappointing experience. We walk in with the hostess nowhere to be found. We waited for about 10 minutes until she finally decided to show up. We were informed that we would be seated in 5 minutes. Thinking there were no tables available, we waited patiently for 20 minutes. When the hostess finally realized that she had forgotten us, she rushed and seated us. It was to my astonishment that there were plenty of tables empty. In fact, only one table in my area was occupied. What a terrible way to treat your customers! Professionalism does not exist here. I will no longer recommend this place to my clients.

Today August 10 2016 i had the worst experience service during the lunch hour on a week day. I visit Hayashi on a regular basis.The cook Rick had a bad attitude and our lunch portion was smaller then a kids portion and we were charged still a dinner portion. We spoke to the manager Jesse regarding our bad experience and we will never go and eat on a week day because of there bad service the best service that you will get will be on a Friday and Saturday only!!!

Food was decent, but the service was horrible. Restaurant was slow yet the girl taking care of us couldnt keep our drinks fill she brought out out plates at different times only had one serving of sauce for 3 people, and just acted as if we were a bother. What a shame she had 3 people celebrating a birthday all of which work for tips, she could have made a lot off our table had she just smiled and filled out drinks

This is one of the sit down at the table in front of the grill and prepare the meal restaurants. Service was quick, the chefs did the usual entertainment with eggs, onions and a food toss. Restaurant staff was attentive to drink and plate needs. A good place for conversational atmosphere and stir fry.

We were waiting for service for more than 20 minutes. Our waiter was rude. We also noticed other tables complaining about the service..the same waiter was doing other stuff like talking to his co-workers laughing while other costumers waiting for their food and drinks. BAD SERVICE!!!!

I love the food here. I come any chance i get. The place is loud most of the time, it is usually packed when i go, and sometimes it takes a while to be seated. To me, the food is worth it. I usually call it in to go. I can even order from hibachi menu.

Takes too long. If paying with a Credit card, check your statement because they change the "tip" amount and you wont know it if you dont check it. I added $8 tip on the bill but on my credit card statement it says I gave $10.00. BEWARE.

I really do enjoy this place. I absolutely love their hibachi shows and am infatuated with their scallops and steak. This place can be a bit pricey but the restaurant, food, and entertainment really makes it a cohesive experience.

Get the best experience in japanese hibachi cooking, these guys got it to the nail when they cook your food in front of you with grace! and the food fresh and plenty of it. Business meeting and B Days is a must at this place.

The cucumber martinis are to die for!!!!! Ask for Richie at the bar, hes charming and great company. Its no wonder his cucumber martini Is award winning!! Give them a try, you wont be disoppointed.

Amazing place to go. The only downfall is the price. I go here anytime I can get a group of people together. Great place for some good food cooked in front of you.
