First things first: pretty sure most of the reviews for this place are fake. Most of these profiles have one or two business reviews and no other activity. Should have taken the utterly empty restaurant as a red flag, considering the business next door was absolutely packed. Was also taken in by the Now Open sign above the entrance which seems to indicate that this is a new business (wed been here before, and decided to give it another shot. Big mistake.) We ordered the duck mango rolls. My girlfriend got a piece of cartilage half the size of her thumb; these rolls were mostly made of lettuce. The sauce was okay. I ordered the Green Curry Chicken. I like spicy foods, and it was spicy-- but thats about all the good things I can say about it. Aside from being satisfactorily spicy it was essentially flavorless. The chicken looked extremely unappealing; it tasted like it had just been boiled by itself. Despite the dish being extremely hot temperature-wise, the vegetables were all but raw. My girlfriend ordered the Vermicelli and was extremely disappointed. It tasted like it had been made from a mix, with a strange chemical aftertaste. The service was okay-- better than last time, when we went twenty or thirty minutes between visits from our waitress despite being the only customers present. Our waitress was polite, but not particularly friendly-- she asked if we wanted to order anything else but never asked how our meal was. Very overpriced for the flavorless food and mediocre service. Dont take my word for it-- just turn around if youre the only customers in sight.

Ok, so today was the first time my partner and I had ever been here. We stumbled across this hole in the wall on the way of bypassing 360 to Frys from North Arlington. Lets just say this hole in the wall turned out to be a diamond. one of the owners, "Top" is his name was extremely nice and generous. Top brought out a sample of the Pho so we could try it before we decided to eat. One bite and we were hooked. Weve been to numerous Pho places here in dfw and frankly A1 super buffet on new York had good pho until they got rid of it. This Pho soup is original, unique and delicious. A unique flavor that still maintains Pho as it should be. The Spring rolls are not fried, do not have a wonton Wrapper. They are made to order with complete fresh ingredients and wrapped in a clear, sticky rice paper which holds it all together. Each spring roll is one large roll cut in half for 2 pieces And each is served with their own custom made dipping sauce which complements each seemingly very well. We had the Grilled tilapia roll, smoked salmon Mango roll and the tropical fruit roll. The tropical fruit roll wasnt my favorite, but it had a good flavor. All I can say is that this place is a little 5ctw Diamond that no one should leave out of their collection. all-in-all, a perfect mix of atmosphere, attitude, personality and friendliness with great flavor and perfect portions to compliment a perfectly sized Creme Brulee. Dont miss out!

I cant believe this diamond in the rough is out there. One of my best clients I work for is from Vietnam and makes home made Pho. This place is amazing for Pho and all Vietnamese traditional dishes just the way she made them. Would love to give more than 5 stars but it wont let me. You are met with a smile and fantastic service every single time. My 6th time here. Owner/Manager has a fantastic positive attitude and I have never been kept waiting for my food! Keep up the great work guys!!! Many visits later and their quality is always superb and their customer service is out of this world. Please stop in and eat. Its worth every penny!

My fiance and I adore this place. We have been coming here when we were just dating and will continue to after the big day. Everything on their menu is absolutely worth trying. If I had to settle on one or two meals for the rest of my life, it would be the shaken beef or pho with fatty brisket from this restaurant. They recently stopped serving alcohol, but that just means its a little quieter and the noise doesnt distract you from your company. I hope they can find a way to update their menus from the big X drawn with a marker over the alcohol menu... it is a bit unsightly.

It started to get cold today, and I went to Bamboo Pho & Springroll for some hot green tea and a big bowl of Pho Soup. Every bite was deliciously different because I ordered a combination beef soup with everything in it. So glad I tried something I had not ordered before. My favs are Shaken Beef (Filet Mignon) and Jalepeno Chicken WIngs. All the cocktails are good and strong. Fantastic food and the exceptional service all the time.

DO NOT GO EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! My experience eating here was awful and was something straight out of an episode of Seinfeld. Midway through my meal I get up to go to the restroom. While in the bathroom I WATCHED A COOK TAKE A PEE THEN WALK OUT THE BATHROOM WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!!! I walked back out the the dinning room where I immediately told our waitress and left the restaurant. Do not eat here.

This is my after work place. I love coming here to mellow out after work. The ambiance and the customer is excellent. Ive had several items on the menu and Ive never been unhappy. Calamari, crab ragoon, spicy edemame, wings, pho, thaI drunken noodles etc.....and the drinks and drink specials are the best. I love Top and Mr. Lee are the best. I invite you to come and try this place, you will be satisfied.

Food was good and waiter was courteous, but tried to steal $10 from me after paying for the food. Guess he thought I couldnt count??? Was going to leave him a tip and after I brought it to his attention, my Mom noticed he pulled the money from his wallet/cell phone holder. So be aware. Short caucasian guy with strawberry blonde hair pulled back into ponytail.

I dont know what Ms. Twomey is talking about but I think the food is fantastic. The owner Sam is there 24 / 7 and consistently produces superior food for an incredible price. Spring rolls are the best in town and the clam dip is amazing. I think Ms. Twomey got this restaurant confused with another as she wrote the same review for 2 pho establishments.

The waiter wasnt even Vietnamese, she had no clue of what was on the menu. The busboy who brought out my large Pho spilled the soup all over the table. The Vietnamese ice coffee that was suppose to come with ice didnt come with ice. The place used to be my favorite place to eat, too bad they Americanized and sold out. And their music is terrible too....

The food is great, but the entire place reeks of urine as soon as you walk in. Ive experienced this every time Ive gone the past few months. If you can hold your nose long enough, its fine. The spring rolls are especially delicious. Please, fix whatevers wrong with the bathroom and it will be so much better!

This was the worst dining experience that my family and I have had in decades. The Pho was horrible and cold. The meat was tough and did not taste like beef. The shrimp was chewy and tasted terrible. The spring rolls werent even edible. I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend.
