Not sure who was working when I went thru the drive thru 7/13/17 at 9:45 pm but she was very rude. Every time I tried to tell her part of my order she kept saying hold on then she said a total and I told her I wasnt finished with my order and she snapped back she wasnt talking to me then she asked a question about my order and because I couldnt understand what she meant she started talking to me impatiently and then preceded to tell me that they were out of something I ordered. Needless to say I told her to cancel the order and I drove off. My husband and I always experience issues with this burger king. Either the order is wrong or the quality of the food is not up to par. However we do enjoy the other Carrollton burger king on s park street where we drove off to.

I wish i could give negative star. I ordered 2 burgers and 1 fries from drive thru but I didnt got fries and I didnt had chance to to see my order in bag and than i found out fries was missing! I went to next day and they gave me fries and manager talked to me rudely no shame on their face that they made mistake not even said sorry or nothing and i got other fries which was unsalted. Be careful for drive thru people. Worst customer service ever

I only go to this Burger King for my last resort. We call it the pull up Burger King. You have to pull up for everything. "May I have a whopper?" "Pull up" "may I have a cup of water?" "Pull up" not even palying out of all the times I have gone I have had to pull up and wait. There has only been 3 times I did not have to pull up.

The lady in the drive through was horrible rude. We wanted a kids meal and said King Jr. And she was like is that a kids meal? And we said yea thats the kids meal right. And she was like I dont know whats out there on the board. With a smart additude so we drove away.
