Everytime I come to this Penn Station the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. This time I have choosen to write a review due to the manager on duty she let 2 of her staff worker just sit around and talk behind the counter when there was a total of 8 people waiting for their order. I would tell anyone going to think about eating here not too very poor management!

Plainfield has the best manager and well trained staff of all the Penn stations I have ate at. (Thats alot of them). I go at least 1 per week and most of staff recognize me and greet me by first name and thank you for comming in and wish you a good day as you leave! Too bad more places dont have that kind of customer service !!! WELL DONE

Horrible service, RUDE employee, and gross food. I received fries I paid 3.50 for that looks like they scraped the bottom of the barrel to get. Over priced for crappy experience. Go to a different Penn Station at all costs because this one is disgusting.

I call in an order almost every week for my office and the staff are very nice and fast. The manager is organized, welcoming, and polite. Weve never had a messed up order either. Best location hands down.
