I used to LOVE this location. Im not sure what changed with staff/management but that service has declined. I have been here 3 times over the past few months and the service was disappointing. The first time I was given a moldy parfait. I drove back to the store to return the parfait and could hear the staff in the back describing how disgusting the parfait was but was given little recognition or apology for the inconvenience. The second time I received the incorrect order but didnt notice until I had already gotten to work. Today, the woman at the cashier was very confusing on whether that had decaf ice coffee so I made a purchase for one, only to go to the coffee station and realize that they dont sell decaf ice coffee. I politely returned my coffee cup because of the confusion and the cashier was completely rude...walked away without a response and then when she returned she handed me $3 and walked away without any apology for the confusion of stating that they had decaf ice coffee. Completely disappointed with this location and will not be back.

In love with the southwest Chile lime ranch with chicken. Fall menu was avaliable while waiting in line. I slimmed through it after I heard the cashier tell the other customer they are out of avocado. I found the bbq chicken salad in the menu and was looking to order that. The cashier said they didnt have it avaliable yet. Why display the fall promotions when you arent prepared to serve the fall items? So went back with my southwest salad, asked for bacon since they were out of avocado. Cashier wanted to charge me, which didnt sound fair to me. Received my soup and salad and right on top was a fly. Nasty.

The food is good, but I have found the customer service is very poor. My sister was hoping to order an iced green tea unsweetened, and the cashiers response was a perfect representation of the lowest customer service. Her reply was, "We dont have that, but I dont see what is stopping you from getting a tea bag in ice water." I was shocked to hear that response. I proceeded to tell the catering manager that was on staff at the time, and he seemed unconcerned of the poor quality of service. He acknowledged that it was rude, but more seemed to care less. In my opinion, that is very poor customer service.

This Panera has the laziest, most incompetent employees of any establishment Ive ever seen. Tasked with the simple chore of taking your money and giving you food, they seem to feel its their natural born right to earn their minimum wage without any effort. Oh and without giving you your food as well. Its a shame society will have to support their illegitimate offspring in the future, as these people are going nowhere but the welfare line.

Were had some inconsistency with getting our orders correctly made, but generally they provide friendly service and do a good job on the food prep. Weve starting ordering online more and through the mobile app, and being able to walk in a pick up your food with no wait is pretty great.

Every time I go to this Panera something is wrong or missing. Its unbelievable. I thought accuracy was supposed to be important to them, but I guess not. Im going to drive out of my way to go to the one in Urbana or start going to Atlanta Bread Company.

Nice staff clean place got right through the line the counter girl helped me and told me what thing were I got some breakfast stuff and I didnt like the cinamon topped scone or something bit everything else was good and there bread bowls are killer

Its honestly an average, ok Panera. If youve been pt one before, then youll know about it. Only major issue is that at night the service can sometimes be lackluster and that they sometimes run out of certain menu items.

I love this Panera. People working there are awesome. I like the people more than food. Love this Kirby Panera:) I like the Sonoma soup the best although I am worried about gaining another flat tire....

My wife loves this place, the food and drinks are her style. As for me I need food not show, its just a sandwich and some soup or bread. To make her happy I eat here.
