Ive never ordered delivery, just carry-out, but the service has always been quite good. This being a college town, Ive noticed service at most places is sub-par compared to my hometown. This could be due to a number of things, but surprisingly, this Pizza Hut has had possibly the best service (for me at least) of anywhere in Champaign/Urbana. Every time I go they get my food out at the time they say and are always very friendly. Its too bad other food places around here arent the same.

Called and was put through to what seemed like a pizza hut call center - an automated system navigated me once i selected "2 if you are ready to order." The woman took my address and phone number and said the store was closed when it was clearly open (Tuesday dinner hours)... Called again and got through to the store this time and was able to place my order. Not sure where the information is incorrect but the call center was not helpful.

Timely order, but ... they made my order completely wrong!! I ordered pan pizza and I received a hand-tossed one instead because they ran out of pan pizza dough. No call or email to tell me that my order was changed. Oh.. and not even an apology, just an apathetic response telling me my order was changed. And I ordered 8 wings and got only 6. WHO ARE YOU HIRING?! Very pathetic.

Order taker was rude, my order was incorrect, and my sides of pizza sauce were ice cold. I try to be extra polite because i work in fast food and people can be terrible. It was as if she didnt want me to be nice. I couldnt believe how impersonal she was. Next time I am in town I will order elsewhere, even if I have to pick it up.

We stop in this pizza hut once a year, every year for 10 years now during the IHSA football games Xgiving weekend. This Pizza Hut is ALWAYS CLEAN. Serves a good, consistent product (its a $15 pizza not Mortons). And has the nicest people working for them. Its been an enjoyable little find for us on an annual family trip.

The worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza at 9pm, and pizzahut called me at 10:30pm and told me they either didnt make the pizza or find a driver to deliver the pizza. The caller was very rude and asked me to pick up in store. You are just wasting my time!!!! I will never order anything here again.

These people are just rude as hell wont deliver to my place because its considered high risk and dangerous area when they are just a few blocks away, they are the only place that wont deliver here, they are the worst place to go they are just rude , and total assholes

They are ALWAYS late... Like more than an hour late. The crew is rude and not helpful AT ALL! Employees talking on their cell phones while people wait to be attended. I never order delivery from them any more because it always takes more than 2 hours to get my pizza.

Fast food prep times (10-15 mins) and delivers decently fast as well. The customer service is great, one time I bought a pizza and they messed up my order and in order to make up for the mistake they gave me a second pizza for free along with a free dessert.

The cashier was consistently irritable, and when I said I needed a moment to decide what I wanted, she walked off. As she left, I tried to tell her Id decided, and she ignored me. Awful customer service all around, so I went elsewhere in the end

College discounts are available! So if you want quick inexpensive pizza, this is the place to go! We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and they made it in 10 minutes. And it was less than $10. Warm and delicious pizza in less than 10 minutes!!

Just ordered at 2:35pm today and it didnt arrive untill 3:45pm when it was promised no later than 30-40mins. Came to us reheated and rubbery and the bread sticks were overhelming with seasoning. Never ordering again.

Normally have a really great 1 topping large any style college special for $7.99 + tax. Little bit slow and their pan tends to be really greasy, but their prices are pretty awesome if you do carryout.

Nobody freakin looked at me when I went in. Store was dark and dusty overall. I usually find this store being empty when pot belly (store right next to the pizza hut) is crowded. No wonder why
