This place has terrible service altogether. The fajitas had no flavor at all and were burnt and stuck to the pan. I hate to complain but it was just a bad experience all around. They sat is in a private section back in the corner and never waited on us. Probably because I had two kids, they were coincidentally sitting people with kids in like a segregated section. We had to get up and leave our table just to ask for things (ketchup, drinks, to go box, even our bill). I chopped it up and wasnt going to say anything because I had a coupon anyways, but low and behold they wouldnt even accept it. My second entrée wasnt considered a dinner entree. At that point I was getting angry and we had been there an hour already, so I proceeded to tell the woman about out experience and she actually shrugged her shoulders. Wth!! Who does that?? Terrible all the way around!! I will never be back! I suggest going anywhere but here! Comino or Cinco De Mayo are so much better!!

Of course they would be busy on Cinco de mayo, and I was prepared for that so I decided to place a to-go order. The phone was busy, so I drove up there to place my order. When they told me my to-go order would take an hour I said ok and went home. An hour later I drove back to get my food and they said no food. The cook decided to not make my order because they were too busy. So I sat and waited for one hour on food that was never being made and no one had the decency to even let me know. Wasted gas going to and from restaurant 3 times. They were not at all apologetic. Just rude! Will not be back.

This is the only Mexican Restaurant, in town, where I will order anything, with steak in it. Their Chimichanga dinner, with sirloin tips, is off the hook. Never crowded, always clean, great service. Try their hot salsa, if you can handle it.

I like it and if youre ready to eat its really good cause there is rarely a wait of more than 3 to 5 minutes. Its always clean and besides 1 of the waitresses that I think doesnt work there anymore service is good.

The food at La Loma is fantastic. Ive never had to wait for a table, and the patio is cozy but perfect for a warm day. Other Mexican restaurants have superior atmosphere, but are more crowded. Love this place!

The food was wonderful. The service was amazing. Our waiter was awesome. They were very attentive and friendly. They have a kid friendly menu as well. I highly recommend.
