I love Blue Coast, and normally I go to the locations in Murfreesboro or Smyrna. I was working in Mt. Juliet so decided to try this one out. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a Blue Coast. It took 3 employees coming up front before anyone even said hello. After that the lady that was making my food was beyond rude. She never once asked me what I wanted, she just looked at me and waiting for me to say it. It was to the point that I actually apologized to her because she made me feel like I was being such an inconvenience to her. It was 11:30 AM, and I was the only person in line. One other woman was sitting at a table eating. I understand no one wants to work on a Saturday, I was actually working as well, but to treat customers as if they are such a bother to you is very rude. She did not even allow me to finish saying what I wanted on my burrito before she started wrapping it up. Then threw the sour cream down in the bin because she had to put it on there. Maybe the Smyrna and Murfreesboro employees need to come give the Mt. Juliet location a few lessons on customer service.

3 star because the food is usually good. However the employees are a bunch of sullen teenagers who couldnt give a crap about serving the customers. They openly admit to not listening when you place your order and laugh when things are wrong. I ordered a quesadilla, which usually comes with pico, sour cream, etc. When my food was done, an employee practically threw the plate of food at me as I was trying to get my drink, and it didnt have any of the stuff it usually comes with. My husband clearly ordered 3 tacos, they only made 1. When he questioned this, the guy said he "probably wasnt listening" when my husband ordered. Seriously? Just really rude people. Will think twice about coming back.

Ordered a Taco Salad and the girl told us it would a couple of minutes to cut the lettuce. Hat was okay but a couple of minutes turned into 10+ minutes. After 5 people went through the line ahead of us,we were left there standing while the girls flirted with their boyfriends behind us. Eventually they asked us once more if we had been helped and we said we were waiting on one taco salad. Thats when they told us they had to wash the lettuce and it would be over 10 minutes.

Great food and even better staff. Not entirety sure of the two females names that were working when we went (Around 6pm 7/28/17) but they were so sweet to my little girl. She saw a ball they had hanging up and kept saying ball so they gave her one to play with. Will defintely be returning. Great staff really does make a differnce. Keep up the great work!

They are one of the very few places that take my food allergy seriously. They always change gloves and take each ingredient out from the cooler new to make sure theres no cross-contamination. Very friendly staff and delicious food.

One of my recent favorite places to go for lunch. I love their queso, and the nachos are great. Its a fun atmosphere with all the surfer stuff on the walls. I highly recommend spicy chicken, and getting fruit tea to drink.

Best Burrito in Mt.Juliet hands down. Busy place due to quality and consistency. Nice staff too. Cool West Coast surfing themes decor. Unique salsa flavors ( try the the pineapple salsa ) with the chips are always a hit.

My wife and I got our orders to go. The food was filling but the chips were really stale. I might come back here but honestly, Salsaritas or Qdoba is what Id recommend to someone wanting a good burrito.
