This was my families favorite place to eat. We brought countless numbers of visiting family members to eat here, and we picked up to go almost every Thursday or Friday. Last Thursday I went to pick up our usual to go order, and when I got home the cheese Nachos had almost no cheese on them ( I have a picture as proof because it was that ridiculous ). No big deal, I called the store and spoke to the young lady at the register and she said that when I came in next she would make note and give me a credit. I came in today (1-15) to pick up my usual order and showed the guy behind the register. He laughed at the picture (as he should have) and asked for the manager to take a look. The manager told me I was lying. I asked to be comped for a $4 order of nachos, and he refused, and called me a liar. I promptly left, and am now waiting at Jets pizza to bring home Friday nights dinner. I really hope someone reads this and make this right, I would love to go back to my favorite restaurant, but if theyre too proud to admit their fault on a $4 order and call me a liar, Im too proud to keep spending my money there.

This is the worst service Ive ever had. We called in a simple take out order and I specified three times the meal I wanted. She even repeated it back to me. When I arrived, once paid and bagged up, I left. I didnt check Bc I assumed that it would be correct, My fault. So when I got home and looked in my bag it was missing food. So I called down there and she said you can come get youre missing food. My daughter drove down and she told her we didnt pay for the entree I was asking for. I told her we ordered it and they should give it to me anyway for my trouble even repeating The order. I would have paid for it but she was so rude I decided it wasnt worth it. Just never heard someone tell me to go somewhere else that they didnt care. The food is awful.

Our servers name was Abel, a young Hispanic man. Who did not have very good social skills. We placed our drink orders and had to wait 10 minutes for them which showed to be a pattern throughout my experience there. From what I could tell on the hostess sheet he had 4 tables. One of which was an intoxicated group of elderly women. He was much more interested in trying to make them happy and drunk rather than focusing on other tables. He was forgetful as he got my wifes order wrong. The food was OVERWHELMINGLY GREASY. I mean sure its "Mexican" food but they went above and beyond not to strain anything. I gave them 2 stars only because it was clean.

We are from shelbyville so this was our first experience at a Mexican restaurant out here. We sat down with friendly service and typically Ive had to wait on quest it was out immediately with our drinks. Fresh chips in the middle of waiting for food which was out in 5 minutes from ordering. The food was amazing and very pleased with our experience.

My wife and I both have food poisoning from this place. Find another place unless you enjoy sitting on the toilet for 24hrs. Service is disorganised, and quite frankly some are rude. Food is mediocre at best. My family used to love going here but now it is obvious the management here has either lost control or lost their passion for the business

Me and my family go to Cinco De Mayo at least 1 to 3 times a week. We come on the day Cinco De mayo, and the owner of the place fires the most popular and best waiter in the middle of his the shift and he also is very rude. It was the best place to be in my opinion until he started to show up. Very disappointed.

Hostess working right now,6/16/16, at 8:50 pm CST is horrible. We tried to order to go for 30 minutes wound up having to come up here and she had the phone off the hook and playing on her phone. She never apologized or anything. In fact she did not say a single word to us.

These 5 star reviews have got to be ghost accounts. The Mexican food in the freezer section at Wal-Mart are 10 times better and this is absolutely the worst service I have ever had! I dont see how this business model works or how the manager even got his job. Go to El Camino

One star is too much. They messed up my wifes order. Told her she could "pick at it". Til they brought correct order. Meanwhile they served mine. Awkward. When we complained. Really rude "manager" rudely grab my plate as well as hers. I will NEVER come back. I mean. WOW.

Ive seen many reviews complaining about the service. Its true. Im not one to complain but it took a lot of time to get our order and once we finished our meals we waited about 15 minutes until I finally got up and had to ask for the check. The food was mediocre as well.

Food was good as usual but OMG the service was bad. They need a bartender for sure for it took forever to get our drinks and they werent busy yet. The young guy did seem very inexperienced too. We managed and will go back but probably not for a while.
