The food is great, and the chef is great, the wait staff sucks and needs to be fired. This is the second time we had terrible service, this time I had cash so I tipped our chef and stiffed our server. We didnt get our salad or soup, I order a drink that didnt come. This was all after sitting in overflow for 20 minutes before being helped. In fact we were getting ready to leave when they finally helped us. If the food wasnt so good, we would never go there. However we will likely return again. As tips are always split with the chef and server, I suggest carrying cash if you tip based on service like I do.

So far weve only tried the Mongolian BBQ, but it has been great every time. You can pile as much meat (crab, shrimp, pork, beef, chicken, Cajun chicken, sausage) and veggies as you want into the bowl, and if you pile it high enough you should get two meals from it. Huge selection of sauces to add to it, and you can taste them all before you make your own mixture. They also offer Japanese style eating around a grill where the chef comes out & prepares the meal in front of you.

Love the food on the Mongolian side havent tried the hibachi. Youre given plenty of starch whether it be rice or noodles and I always have leftovers for later. They have coke products wish they had Pepsi though. The only thing this place would need (besides Pepsi) would be a basic chart on ingredients how to make your food such as stir fry etc like ghenis grill in Hendersonville does. As someone going in not knowing what sauces to use you might make a bowl you dont like

Horrible experience. We werent even the last ones sat but we got completely ignored, both servers looked at us multiple times and said nothing, lnot even a greeting. After 20 minutes the HOST came and got our drink orders.. another 15 minutes later everyone around us was getting salads and soups.. still no server acknowledgment. Finally after almost 45 minutes we left and went to wasabi where the experience was 100000x better. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The food was amazing but our service lacked greatly. Our fellow hibachi diners assured us that the service is usually much better and that they dine at Bonfire often. Our appetizer didnt come out until our food was being plated and our drinks never were refilled. We even had to stop another server to find our checks. Although the service was poor the food quality and portions were incredible. I think we will give it a second chance down the road.

My husband and I discovered this place a couple of weeks ago and were impressed with the variety of options offered for the Mongolian grill. They cooked it perfectly and it was delicious! We live nearly an hour away, but loved it so much, went back 2 days ago for his birthday dinner and it was fabulous again. The service was fair, no complaints but the food just cant be beat! Were hooked.

Love the bowl option to be cooked on Mongolian Grill. So good. You choose the ingredients, they cook it. I have an allergy issue and they will cook it in kitchen. Have a hibachi side as well. And birthday celebration from employees is best I have ever ever heard. They usually annoy me but this one is an awesome drum beat and gong. I have had awesome service.

I love this place. Mongolian side, good is always fresh. I have not gotten anything I have not completely enjoyed. I have not tried the hibachi side yet. I will request one thing, beef and chicken be broken apart during cooking on Mongolian side, my bowls come out with meat clumps but always tender, fully cooked, and delicious.

Bonfire is a hidden gem in Mt.Juliet. Their employees are passionate about giving you the best dinning experience. I always choose the hibachi side. I have been going here for about two years. The portions are great and the food is amazing! Make sure to stop by for lunch (great specials), birthdays, really any occasion.

Every time we come here it is an enjoyable experience. The hibachi chefs do their jobs well and entertain the guests well. Only once out of the dozens of times we have been here did we have less than spectacular service. The bowl size for the Mongolian side is also very fair. If it fits in the bowl it goes on the grill.

Decent choice for dinner in Mt. Juliet. High cost, but large portions. Service is almost always sub-par. Other than the Hibachi section, there are few tables for more than 2, so dont bring a large group if you want to try the Mongolian Gengis Grill knockoff

Bonfire had bad pepperonis, so we asked for fresh pepperonis. They were frozen and we got our food and it was rotten and discolored. I recommend to not take your families to bonfire for any reason or they will get food poison. I HATE IT SO WILL YOU.

I just started working there and I love it. Theres nothing better than loving your job because then its not work, its fun. Great environment, excellent service, many different options to choose from, and most importantly amazing food.

I personally would pass on the buffet style meals, but the hibachi grill food smelled aroma full. Appetizer we tried was excellent. Staff was very helpful and attentive with a full house.

The Mongolian side Was one of the least impressive Mongolian grills Ive seen. Not a big selection and ingredients did not seem very fresh. I am not sure about the rest of the menu though

This place is too cool!! I really enjoyed picking out my own stir fry ingredients, and having it brought to me when it was completed. I could even mix the sauces. Yummy!!

You could totally see so much cross contamination happening on the Mongolian side. I could already feel my stomach churning. Got a small bowl and couldnt finish it. Uck.

Very clean place, great food, and friendly staff. This is a create your own stir fry kind of thing. They also have nice fresh sushi.

Great food, but it is missing the industry standard for hibachi grills to have sauce recipes. Service was good.
