Im not the greatest at making a cake, so rather than have my fiancee suffer through another one of my creations I decided to get her one from here knowing how much she loves them. I ordered the Reeces blizzard cake online with "Happy Birthday! I love you!" and told them to do whatever theyd like to customize the top since it looked like itd be hard to write on with all the Reeces on it. To say they did not disappoint is an understatement and I wish I had gotten the name of who decorated it. Highly recommend this place.

Food and ice cream were good however the customer service sucked. They didnt have drink carriers and I had several things I had to carry. Was handed 3 drinks, I asked for something to carry them in, she shoved them at me and said "We have no drink carriers" and walked away. It least someone was nice enough to offer a box to carry out the ice cream, the drinks were another story.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! YOU WILL SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE FOR 45 MIN EVERY TIME!!!! FOR A BLIZZARD AT THAT!!! I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER UNTIL I STARTED MISSING MY TV SHOWS FOR SITTING IN LINE AND I LIVE LESS THAN 1 MILE AWAY!! I COULD SERIOUSLY GO DINE IN AT B-DUBS AND GET DONE BEFORE THEY MAKE AN ICE CREAM CONE!!!

Has to be the worst possible service I have ever had in Smyrna. Fast food my butt .5 people on staff sat there for 30 minutes and then got our food cold and all of them are teenagers and Im too nice to say anything to any of them but it was just horrible .We didnt eat any of our food and just left without saying anything

Literally watched dude not care, pulled onions (Im allergic) off a burger and microwave it then proceeded to use bare hands to pick the chicken for a meal instead of the tongs right in front of him. Some may say i shouldnt have high expectations, but when dealing with food, do it right or get a new job.

My daughter fell in their parking lot and scrapped her knees. We asked them for a bandaid and I was informed they didnt have any. Nice to know they dont ha e basic medical suppllies while preparing food.
