I placed my order around 3:45 to be delivered at 5. A pizza and a wing. The pizza delivery man showed up at my door with pizza, but no wings at 5:45 . The wings were still on my receipt, which means i still ended up paying for them. I called to try to fix the situation, but all I was getting was excuse after excuse, as usual. Still waiting to see if Im going to get my money back.. I am officially done with this restaurant. I will not be back. They said they were out of wings. I have had this happen more than just once, I can understand if they were out, but keep in mind I ordered my food 2 hours before it showed up without my wings. I repeat, I will NOT be back..

started out as one of the best pizza places in town now days Walmart frozen pizza had more toppings and is more tasty wish someone would wake up pizza hut and get them to go back to there hand toss crust good filling pizzas they made back in the 90s Leitchfield can really use a pizza hut like it was taste wise and customer service wise back then so miss the old ways and taste of pizza hut in Leitchfield,KY

I ordered a large pizza last night for my granddaughter and I to take home and eat and when we got home the doe wasnt cooked all the way and we gave it to our dog. Good thing we ordered cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks with it or we would of ate nothing. Pizza Hut at this location has lost my business for life. Never do that again.

Went there at 12:40 and it was empty. Waited 10 minutes to be seated. We let them know that we were there and still were not seated. The employee looked at us standing there waiting and went and answered the phone instead. We ended up leaving because nobody would seat us.

Sometimes they have a driver sometimes they dont. Sometimes they get your order right, sometimes they dont. Its a tossup all the time. Polite people nonetheless!
