we enjoyed the meal. What i didnt enjoy is what happens all to often on any and all jobs. The young girl who takes the orders, also does the stock, cleans the tables, and sweeps the floors, she was swamped with work to do and asked the older man behind the counter, that puts the burgers together, for help in taking the orders. He acted as though it was a real problem for him to work the register and help the young girl out. I understand the jobs, but there is a time that you just pitch in!! If i was that manager at that store, the older man would be sweeping the floors and wiping down tables. The black lady that did the cooking was just as much as a jerk as the older man. She had an attitude a mile long. Other than that the service from the young cashier was great she was very friendly and nice. Did a wonderful job. there should be 2 cashiers working. The burgers and fries were great.

I was in the Trussville store on Wednesday this week and the floors were so slick I almost didnt make it to the counter to place May order. I had the the girls to bring my food outside where it was 90 degrees so I had to eat in the heat. There were no signs out that the floor was not wet, I was told that they clean the flood with laundry soap which I could not believe. The floors were like a sheet of ice, I nor any of my family will be back to this store until this is corrected, I will also notify the Health department of this. This is a hazard to everyone who walks into this store. Im 70 I could could have very easily fell and broke hip or arm. Please address this ASAP Thanks Sheron from Trussville,Al

Ordered online, but either these people cant read or they are just stupid. Both burgers were a mish-mash of what was ordered and when I called store to complain they told me they werent responsible. Um yeah, maybe now that I think about it they cant read AND theyre stupid. Lol, give this one a wide berth!

Clean place. Good burgers, great fries, and of course parched peanuts. If you order online be sure to tell them you are there. They didnt start our order until we got there last time. Online ordering is not 100%. We keep going back.
