One of the worst Waffle House experiences in my life. I ordered A chicken melt on wheat..... the chicken came out with a pink edge so I cut that part off..... took a bite and the chicken was rubbery....very rigged. I sent it back only to be told the chicken had been cooked properly as the cook proceeds to my table saying..... "maam can you show me where the meat is undone." I show him the piece I cut off and explained about the texture of the chicken. He takes it back to the other grill operator who says..... that chicken is done! So I say well just change it to a grill cheese. My sister ate her food, paid for her meal and this bread and cheese has yet to hit the grill. Neither grill operator or wait staff even apologized for the inconvenience. If this were the last WH standing I would never eat WH again in my life.

dont go during second shift around 4 apparently they dont serve gravy on 2nd shift. They dont pay attention to the waffle irons because I watched several waffles get burned as for my burger the patties were fried to a crisp and to top it all off no one came back to check on me for a refill..I worked at a waffle house before for years and this is a bad example of how it should be ran there is more than enough time to prep and pay attention to customers much less their food on 2nd shift its not busy.... AREA MANAGER PLEASE FIX YOUR STORE AND EMPLOYEES

Called my order in ahead of time get there and my order has been taking by someone else so they go outside and get my food and then try and hand it to me like it just wasnt taken by a random person the manager did not apologize or anything just walk back to the grill as I sit and waited for my food to be remade I was furious nothing was offered to me for them being so careless I will never eat here again sad that you are so unprofessional guess thats why they can never keep workers and they are barely open for business

There were flys and dust all over the wall above us. The lady calling out orders was yelling so loud that we couldnt hear ourselves think. The servers, especially ours, had a bad attitude and were even making comments "jokingly" about going to work at the Pizza Hut next door. My order came out wrong and when I politely asked for it to be corrected, our server got an attitude. Ive always loved Waffle House breakfast but this one needs improvement.

After leaving the drug infested motel 6 in bessimer AL in the middle of the night we stopped here because its the only thing open the young man here was very friendly even though I was upset and a little bit rude I cant blame everyone here in AL this young man is very professional and courteous his name is clay he even offered us a safe place in the parking lot to rest before we go home to TN

The food was very good. The staff was great. The young lady that took care of us knew we were heading home to New Orleans way. After the tornadoes touched down today and surrounding areas. She said I will be Praying for you. That brought my husband and I comfort that people still care for each other. As we left out in the bad weather she said be safe. Her words gave us comfort. Thank you

This was the only waffle house close to the airport that did not have terrible reviews, and it was well worth the drive. Called ahead the lady was super nice on the phone, had the food ready when i got there with everything i could have possibly needed already in the bag and ready to go. I will definitely drive past the first 2 to go to this one

I like to go to the Waffle House for the food. However the cleanliness in all Waffle Houses has suffered. They are just nasty. It appears they do only a basic wipe down, but do not really clean the places.
