I worked at this establishment for four months and in that time I only got 3 days off total. There is a cheapskate owner who uses the same bags they get bread in for trash bags, uses the same stuff they use in their sinks in the soap dispensers in the bathrooms, and they use that same stuff to clean the tables (which it has no disinfectinformation properties) they openly skimp on meats (believe me I cooked the sandwiches and got yelled at when I put the he right amount) and they use rotten potatoes and no good chicken because and Im quoting the owner "it all looks the same cooked" which is horrible. And at the same time theres an illegal labor saver clocked in during the day. Which means the employees dont get paid as much as they should

POOR Service. Called in two sandwiches at 11:05 - they said 10 minutes. Arrived at 11:20, second sandwich not ready until 11:30 - then they asked me to wait LONGER while they dropped fries! They certainly cant manage their time and I wont be going back! They did offer to give me my order free - which I declined. Not looking for a free lunch, just my food on time when it is promised!

I get to Bedford 3-4 times a year on business. If I have time for lunch I usually come here. One reason: whoever owns this place has obviously spent a lot of teaching and enforcing a "service with a smile" attitude. Thats a pretty rare thing these days in the fast food industry. And I appreciate it a ton.

The food is good but the service is horrible , Im not sure where the main manager went but you can tell hes gone , the reason that store ran so well was because of him , Im not sure what his name is , Ash I believe , but they made a huge mistake letting him go

Very slow. Had coupons and manager was rude, wasnt any help to correct problem of computer not accepting coupons. Was yelling at the other employees about the coupons. What should of cost $28 with coupon. Cost $50. Wont be back.

Excellent subs, just truly delicious. Located in an easy to reach spot. You can order ahead of time and pick up at the restaurant.
