This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. How do u mess up a white mocha?? Every time Ive been here the service and the service providers get more and more unfriendly and outright RUDE. My White Mocha tasted like watered down milk so I asked the "barista" if she could remake my drink,, after she rolled her eyes and gave me terrible attitude, she proceeded to tell me "aint nuttin wrong with yo drink." After waiting 15 minutes, I finally talked to the manager and asked for a refund... The manager was even Rude, acting like it was such an inconvenience that she had to leave the back area to give me a refund.. THIS STARBUCKS IS A SLAP IN THE FACE TO ALL PROPER STARBUCKS BARISTAS AND MANAGERS!!

I was here on the morning of 10th of July. Staff were very rude, there were 4 bagels on the menu, I asked for a bagel with everything, she replied regular or wheat - I assume this meant the other 2 werent available, wouldnt have hurt to explain that. Then my wife received her ice coffee which was only half full she asked for more milk but was told she would have to order a latte. While waiting for my freshly brewed coffee other customers were placing there orders and being served while I stood there waiting. One girl said to the other loudly I already gave him his bagel. I asked the girl if she got the order for my coffee and she said she already gave it to me.... dont go here

This Starbucks is one of the worst Starbucks Ive been to. I ordered the same drink I order every day back home. Iced coffee with white mocha & cream, no ice. They made my drink the first time with original syrup (no white mocha) & with ice. No big deal, it happens but I had already left before I tried it. So I walked back to have them fix it and the lady was rude and made it horrible the second time. I dont understand how you can mess up such a simple drink. Idiots. Im so glad I dont live in Memphis and have to deal with this Starbucks. Lol I wont be back. Oh and their machine to use gold cards or the app wasnt working so I didnt even get my points for this horrible drink :/

poor service plus a sometimes limited selection due to size of cafe & not to mention the high crime area & questionable mall goers = a potentially dangerous & disappointing location. though they do get the orders correct--most of the time--they sure dont mind taking their time, and yours, to prepare them. if you have no other options (like to get into a car & go to a better & safer location), then please dont go alone!

Busy location without parking and inattentive staff. Orders were rushed and forgotten, and I had to wait ten minutes to realize they werent going to call my name. When I asked the cashier if my order was being prepared (which it obviously wasnt, as they were just standing around), she asked me to repeat my order. I wont inconvenience the staff at this location with another visit. Poor reflection on the brand.

This is an excellently located Starbucks, just steps from Beale Street. Its very small with only a handful of tables. The staff was accommodating, but didnt go out of their way to be friendly. They didnt have many souvenir cups for sale which I was really hoping to find. The beverages we ordered were prepared fine. The store was fairly clean inside and out.

Unfriendly and slow staff who seem to hate their life. Rubbish bins overflowing by 11am and dirty tables. Wasnt busy when we arrived so no excuse for them not to have items stocked like lids etc and to clean up a bit while they wait, instead of just standing around looking bored.

Not the service SB expects of their staff. Only two employees and the one at the register is not good at her job. The other is trying to do too much. Both have a bit of an attitude but with customer persistence they do eventually get the orders served and corrected.

Good location if you are staying at the Westin. Slow service. Everyone had to repeat their orders several times because the baristas could not hear them over the music. Why not lower the volume of the music so the clientele dont have to shout?

Convenient location to Beale St and our hotel. They all were working as a team to get orders taken and passed out. However store is cramped and a little chaotic. Could you a little more organization as far as the store front.

Situated directly across from the Fedex Forum on BB King Blvd, 1/2 block off of Beale Street, its a great location. Early Sunday morning found too few staff and dirty restrooms.Otherwise, typically consistent offerings.

Worst Starbucks ever. Customer service - not one employee smiled. Its 10 AM on Saturday morning they were out of muffins they only had two types of coffee brewed. And they made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

If you want a great cappuccino Starbucks is the best place to get a great cappuccino they have great coffee too they also have Wi-Fi they also have wheelchair accessories and theyre not too expensive

The staff did there jobs. We came here on a Grizzlies game night and the staff obviously wanted to be anywhere but there. They served us as expected. But with a true disdain for their jobs.

Great spot if you work in the area but not so great for travelers staying downtown getting up early to grab breakfast because parking is an issue. No bacon goudas this morning either.

The Peabody Place Starbucks is closed. The only Starbucks in downtown Memphis is on 3rd Street next to the Westin hotel across from the FedEx Forum

Service is extremely slow, coffee never taste right. All the other Starbucks can make a vanilla latte however this one you can never taste coffee.
