Losing me a a customer! Horrible customer experience with hard doughnuts ! It was 6:02 and I was trying to go inside to pick out my doughnuts but the door was locked. Some guy made a signal for me to go through the drive thru. So I did. I asked what time did the lobby open and they said 6. I told them I wanted to come in cause I had questions about the specialty ones. They were unhelpful and when I got to the window to pay I was refused my free doughnut that is given out when the "hot" sign is on. The drive thru girl told me I had to come in to get it. I reminded her that it was because they didnt open the doors and told me to go through drive thru. When I got home my doughnuts were hard and dry not soft and moist that I expect them to be while the hot sign is on. Im So upset that I dont think I will be going back to this location!

Great doughnuts and great people. I love the warm doughnuts and the friendly service. I wish I could eat here everyday, but they are doughnuts, so I go about once every couple of months. Love it.

Great donuts, but recently the service has been ridiculously slow from one employee. Very much there for a paycheck with no care at all for customers. However, the rest of them are great.

Great donuts but I really only stop in when the hot and now sign is on, they just melt in your mouth and are almost indescribably good. YUM¡¡!!
