I ordered a venti iced mocha latte and the barista asked me if I wanted a frapaccino or a latte. They just put my drink on the counter without calling my name so it sat for a few minutes until I realized it had my name on it. The bottom was very warm, they did not even try to stir it. The consistency was something like watered down chalk.

The service at a campus Starbucks might be a little different from a regular Starbucks because they usually have more employee turnover at the campus coffee shops. Still, this is a popular place on campus and they get drinks right if you have a little patience and communicate with them.

I dont think the baristas are trained very well on how to make beverages. Every time I order something here, it doesnt taste right. Not to mention the fact that I have taken a big slurp of grounds in my iced coffee on multiple occasions.

I always get my coffee here, the people are always so friendly! Im sad to see the rating the previous person left. Not sure how Nancys Christmas was "ruined" by a simple mistake. Chill lady.

Sharon, the negative comment previously was for Elite Bridal, not this specific Starbucks. Starbucks is always good and you should have picked up on that while reading the post lol
