So me and my boyfriend went in there yesterday to eat because we wanted chicken.. So me and him were ready to order and we were first in line we were just waiting for somebody to take our order it took them 10 minutes to take our order because nobody wanted to take it so when we got the food the sauce was missing and when my boyfriend went back to get it they didnt even acknowledge he was there so we just forgot about our sauce but they had the worst customer service and the managers were awful instead of telling them to work they were all just playing around i will never go to this place again and this is for the one on gallatin pike rd in madison Tennessee

Im very unhappy with the service and the food.We got the Meal 8 piece chicken with 3 sides so we got 3potatoes and gravy and 4 biscuits. The chicken was very small in size and dry and the biscuits were smashed into the lid of the bucket!!!!!Very unhappy!! I tried to call and they would pick up the phone and then hang it up!Nice way to run a business!!This is not the first time that things were not correct with my order.Very sad customer........

These mfs NEVER have crispy. Why ask if I want crispy or original when you dont even have it. Service is slow it took about a week to get my 16 piece. The people that work here need to quit and stop eating up all the crispy chicken and forcing customers to get original. Hire some people who know how to work efficiently and care about Customer service. Next time they ask me if I want crispy or original Ima tell them to kiss my ass.

Your drive thru worker was rude. She asked me to pull foward and wait on my food, so i did. Then pulled back because i wanted my drink, she told me she would bring out to me without telling me why. When I told her I wanted she said something about not having any ice. I feel like she should have to that ahead of time i shouldnt have to ask why I couldnt have my drink when I asked for it. In other words the food was fresh.

Poor food quality!!! Mashed potatoes was dry. The original recipe was half cooked. It was very soggy and the batter was very wet. Did not receive utensils or napkins. The cashier couldnt tell me how long the chicken had been up. Just stood there and stared as if I was speaking a foreign language.
