Im not fond of buffets but I decided to give this a try since I was in the area and, per usual, looking for an eating place I hadnt tried before. The place was packed so I figured it must be good. When I initially got there, it gave me a cheap version of Golden Corral vibe (a replica of Tims Country Buffet). I thought, "oh boy." I still gave it a try since it was only $10.50, including the drink. Because Im Caribbean, I may be a bit more critical of restaurants than others. I tried a little bit of everything but fond of NOTHING. The only food I actually finished was the fried chicken since I had already spent my money on this place...oh and the pineapples. The chicken was dry and the other foods had no flavor at all. My waitress, Selina, was really nice though (I always still tip if the waiter/waitress is nice because the taste of the food is not his/her fault). I stayed for maybe 15min until I was just over it, left a tip and walked out.

I ate here on 8-19-16. Clean restaurant, great food, and very affordable. The fried chicken was some of the best flavored that Id ever had, and Ive eaten a lot of fried chicken in my lifetime. The staff was very friendly. The place was so packed, we barely found a parking space. If that isnt a sign of a good restaurant, I dont know what is. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is my drink cup sat empty for about 4 minutes. The waitress apologized over and over, but considering how busy they were, and how good everything else was there, it was a minor detail. If ever Im back through Newnan, GA., you can bet Ill be looking to eat here again. - Johnny Blue Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

We live locally and are very disappointed in this restaurant. Visited on 7-19-14 and after paying found 2 out of the 4 bars completely empty. The poor cashier caught an ear full but I later apologized. What was more ironic was the fact that the manager heard what I was saying and allowed the cashier to catch the grief. The manager did not have the good manners to even respond. She turned a blind eye and kept walking. My family and I would eat here once a week, usually on a Fri or Sat for several months. Needless to say we will be returning to Golden Corral. At least they know what the definition of a buffet is.

Down home eatery with delicious everything! Waited 20 minutes to be seated because of the Sunday crowd, but was not disappointed. BBQ chicken fell off the bone, creamy mashed potatoes, with juicy, crispy country fried steak and Southern-style white peppered gravy. I know that old KFC Colonel is rolling miserably in his grave about their delectable fried chicken. We had to roll ourselves out the door. They need to find a bigger restaurant because the space is too cozy for my taste, but otherwise a well kept secret in Conyers.

Atmosphere, food, service...everything was beyond accommodating. My daughter made plans with me for lunch as Im in Newnan to go to the Cancer Treatment Center. Upon arriving, she arranged to surprise me with a visit from my brother whom we found 2 years ago through Ancestry DNA, his wife, daughter and her husband and this our first time meeting. We had good food and great family! And our server was awesome. What a wonderful day and a fantastic Restraunt.

Started off bad when the young lady at the cash register was more worried about texting than taking our money. Food was not great, several items were out when I went through and the only thing I can say good about the place was our waitress. Im in town working and I wont be back. From the reviews I had read I was really looking forward to eating there. Very disappointed!

Pretty good food! 4 stars because many of the vegetables seemed to be fresh not canned. Deserts were decent in taste. Not my favorite options but were tasty. Hand sanitizer is abundant. I can appreciate the constant reminder. The only thing I didnt like is they didnt have macaroni because it was Wednesday...macaroni belongs on a southern buffet EVERYDAY!

You will never believe how awesome the manager John Lee is...besides the food being delicious, I came to the restaurant late on a week night and they ran out of fried green tomatoes!...well, they had already turned off the grill...thanks to John Lee, they made more friend green tomatoes and I was so grateful!

Bright, clean atmosphere; staff was friendly and very attentive. This was my second visit, and both times we found the food to be fresh, hot and delicious. My favorite food is the Fried Green Tomatoes...the absolute best Ive ever had! I only gave four stars cuz the dessert bar leaves somewhat to be desired.

+Classic Southern food! (hard to beat) +Great staff! -They charge you for a drink in the price automatically! (I always from water, so this is an real inconvenience, and even stops me from going more often!) -Speciality items of the day are hard to read on the board. (Could be much clearer)

This place is great if you stick to what they do well. Make sure you get any chicken product or anything thing that is fried (chicken, fish, or tomatoes); all of those things are delicious. The only fruit you should get is pineapple, because everything else is devoid of any taste.

Love this place! My husband and I enjoy a meal here each time we are in Newnan. The tomatoes are delish and seasoned just right. The salad fixings are cold and crisp. The food is seasoned well and not overly salty. The people are so friendly and helpful. Love it!

Good country cooking at good prices! Love the atmosphere and hospitality. My husband and I come here often when we travel to Newnan for his treatments at the Cancer Treatment Center of America. Wish we had a Fried Tomato Buffet at home in Mobile, Alabama.

Authentic home cooked meals. The staff is fantastic. The food is to die for. Theyre fried green tomatoes are the best in the world. The price is extremely low. Anybody can afford to go there and eat and its an all-you-can-eat buffet.

My first experience was not a good one. Our server was excellent, even through a douchebag customer that she had to deal with, the food was okay. I became nauseous and I think it was because the broccoli cassarole was undercooked.

They have awesome pulled pork. They changed the menu every night. Good value for the money. The only thing is they couldnt keep up with the desert bar and the mashed potatoes were not home made and they were almost like glue.

Delicious food but the wait for actual fried fish on Fridays is a bit ridiculous. With so many elderly patrons youd think the restaurant would mass cook their specialty for the day instead of having them standing around.

They get in a hurry putting food out there greens was undercooked the butter beans was under cook and their rutabegorz were undercooked I was very very disappointed and we had to wait for them to put food out on the bar

Typical buffet with all that entails of the patrons. Focus on southern comfort food - lots of fried. Desserts were mediocre. Food source is obviously big truck. Staff was busy, but nice. Lots of families here.
