My girlfriend and I went here in the hopes of a nice meal, with the knowledge that this is Red Lobster, not a premier area restaurant. However, we were disappointed from the moment we walked in. The host hardly acknowledged us, but we were seated promptly. Our waitress was very timely and nice, and when I asked about draft beer she went to the bartender, where she was told the choices and returned. I ordered a Bud Light draft, which she headed off to get, just to return and tell me they had no draft beer available. I ordered a bottle, and then we proceeded to order our meals. My girlfriend ordered coconut shrimp, which they were out of. She brought a menu back and offered suggestions. Then, she went to enter the order again, where she found they were out of broccoli (one of three vegetables available as a side), so I ordered the asparagus. After about two minutes she returned to the table to say, "I hate to even say it, but we are out of salad." At this point I asked to speak to the manager, who was far from appreciative of our business. We decided to go somewhere else, so they did comp the biscuits and the sweet tea my girlfriend ordered, but I still had to pay for my beer, which I understand. I left the waitress a $5 tip, as it wasnt her fault they were out of food. However, hearing from them, "It is because it is Sunday, we always run out of things on Sunday," made me upset. I manage a seven-day-a-week retail store where I have to order appropriately, no matter whether it is the weekend or not. This trip was a joke, as was the demeanor of the management, and we wont be returning.

I rated them five star so people could read this. Ive been here three times and everytime Ive been disappointed even worse everytime. They surprised this true foodie. How do you go somewhere that even The Queen B. (Beyonce Knowles - Carter) elevates by mentioning you in one of here songs. For some reason the Montgomery Alabama location is the worst Ive ever experienced. Of any restaurant in my entire life. The service is terrible I alway come late to give them a chance. I get there and still have to wait an hour to an hour and a half for my food. I dont waste my time eating in because the service sucks unless this one and I truly mean one male waiter is great everyone elso including the manager spend more time talking to there friends and family that they make sure is taking care of before guess before them. Tell my why your manager arent doing there basic job making sure you guest are happy, served at a decent time, and showed simple hospitality. Ive worked at many service job(ex. Subway, Sonic, McDonalds, Apple Bs, Cheddar, and Walmart to name a few) so I know the difference between good service and basic service. There well below bad service. I wouldnt advice my enemy to eat there. Between tough lobster and shrimp doing 2017 Lobster Fest. Flavorless crab legs. Needless to say dont get my wrong I will eat a t a Red Lobster again just not at 300 Eastdale Cir., Montgomery Alabama.

All you can eat shrimp, need I say more. Dont go to Red Lobster too often, not because of the food, I just dont. However, when they have all you can eat shrimp, I just cant say no. Picked a good night, they were not that busy. To that extent, I have too tell you, the service was not good. I listened to the people at the table next to me complain to their waitress and the waitress started giving them excuses about how busy she was with other tables. I ordered my food along with a Coke and a glass of water. Had to ask several times to get a refill and then the other waitress refilled my water, but still did not get me a refill on my Coke. Kept repeatedly bringing someone elses food to my table and I had to remind her that wasnt my order. Then if all that wasnt bad enough. The waitress told the other waitress, that she wasnt feeling good and felt like she wanted to throw-up. Right while I am still eating my food. Worst Red-Lobster service I have ever received, but the new shrimp they have on the menu was good and I will say that in the end (after other customers had left), the service did get better.

Will never go again. It all began with two employees arguing over who was going to take our order. A guy finally came over and ordered our drinks and entrees. He came back 10 minutes later to tell us that they had no lettuce ( its Tuesday afternoon) so we ordered clam chowder. About 15-20 minutes later he informed us that there was no clam chowder left so we said screw it...just bring us our food. After a 30 minute or so wait, our food came and my pasta was cool. While waiting, we had no straws and no one refilled my glass of water. About 5 minutes after our food came...guess what the waiter brings...CLAM CHOWDER! Without any spoons. He said he would get them but never returned. I caught an employee walking by and asked her for spoons and instead of handing me mine, she just set it on the table. I picked it up and inspected it only to find a bunch of food stuck to it. At this point we were done. So we spoke with the manager, who Im sure doesnt care and wont do anything about it, and left. Horrible! Stay Away!!!

We stopped here on the way home from vacation. She brought out the orders for half of our party and said shed be back with the rest. We assumed she couldnt carry it all at once. The other 2 people finally got their food after the rest of us had already finished eating. Their reasoning was that the crab was frozen, which may have explained why the other persons crab dish was cold. Only 1 person of 6 got a refill on their drink, despite the fact that the rest of us asked for more and sat with empty glasses. Meanwhile, she and all the other servers we can see were sitting in empty booths chatting and texting. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best, and the restrooms were dirty and out of soap. So I guess neither the guests nor the servers carrying out the food can wash their hands. Sadly, one star is the lowest they can get because they deserve a negative 5. Ive never given a review before, but this was beyond ridiculous.

The place looked clean and the food was okay. The fries werent as great as I remembered and my kids did not like the raspberry lemonade. They said that it tasted weird and left a nasty aftertaste. I agree with them after trying it myself. I would say the worst part of my visit was my server. She was not very welcoming and seemed as if she was about to get off her shift or something because she kept rushing me to place my order. She didnt seem to know the menu and what customers liked too well because she couldnt recommend a delicious dish for me to try. Being a former server myself, I would not have treated my table the way that she treated me and my family. Normally I am a big tipper but her tip definitely reflected upon her service. I wasnt very comfortable with my experience at this particular red lobster like I would have liked to be
