The store features your typical Starbucks fare. What makes this store different than any of the others in the area is the team of baristas. They always make sure my drinks are done right and if there has ever been an issue, which happens at any store, it has been corrected in a timely fashion. Because this store is so close to my home, Im in there often and the baristas know what I like and how I like it. They are able to answer questions and make recommendations whenever theres a new item introduced. Even if they are understaffed, they get the job done fairly timely and above expectation. I also LOVE mobile ordering for the times when I know the store will be busy... Great people, great store... The only criticism I have is more comfy seating and more electrical outlets are needed.

I have lived in several states from CA to NY, and this Starbucks is THE WORST I have EVER dealt with. The waiting time is unbelievable, every. single. time. I come here its like this. (And it doesnt matter if there are 2 cars or 20, its ridiculously slow) Not to mention 60-70% of the time something about the taste of my drink is off. I have had Starbucks daily for years and I absolutely dread having to come to this one. My current wait time in the drive through thus far has been 12 minutes, and I am not even to the monitor to place my order. Horrible. ...I am editing my post to add that it has been an additional 7 minutes and I have not moved an inch.

I was excited to go to Starbucks because I was getting a free drink well I sat for a good 3 or 4 minutes I never heard my name so I got up from my seat and asked how much longer will it be for my drink they said whats your name I told them and they pointed to my drink on the counter that has melted it was supposed to be frozen.and to top that Im a new customer wont be going there very often

Extremely friendly staff! My husband and I were in the Kingsport area for the weekend and visited this location Saturday morning and when we returned on Sunday the staff recognized us and remembered our names! That is what great customer service looks like!

Its a Starbucks. Kind of small interior, so may not have a place to hang out at peak times if you like to sit in there. They have a Pokiestop there now. LOL.
