Let me just start by saying I loved Wild Wing Cafe its good and fast service. It was on my list of favorite chill places to grab a burger or wings. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this Wild Wing Cafe for about 4 years and havent had any issues with service or food quality. Tonight things changed. We chose to forgo cooking to have a nice easy evening out to follow up with a movie before the 9-5 grind of Monday. The service started out fine but then it took 30 minutes just to get a burger and a chicken sandwich (with a mostly empty restaurant). The burger was over cooked and the sandwich was sopping wet with the wrong hot sauce. I wasnt that upset about the burger being over cooked but the chicken sandwich was inedible. My boyfriend orders the same sandwich with the hot sauce every time without it being done this way. We wouldnt have said anything if it were edible because we have worked in the industry for years and know how it goes. After telling the server we were told someone named "Johnny" would be coming to speak with us. Johnny did not show up for another 15 minutes by this point we were both upset. Wed already been there an hour. Johnny followed up with blaming my boyfriend for ordering a sauce that was too hot. And made it out to be our fault. He also said they were setting up for a party although, there were maybe 10 people total in the whole restaurant. This is unusual for Wild Wing which is a very busy restaurant when we come. Long story....long I will not be back. And Johnny, you have no place being in the service industry if all you have to offer are excuses for a messed up chicken sandwich. And also JOHNNY, thanks for ruining our night.

We had horrible service. The waitress was never around and had a bad attitude. We went for a late lunch around 3pm so they werent busy at all. Food was ok. Buffalo chicken appetizers were good but only come with 3. I had the crazy chef salad, the shrimp looked under cooked and the chicken was fatty. All 3 of my kids meals looked like freezer food and tasted as such. They also charge for everything! My daughter got the kids quesadilla and they didnt bring her any dipping sauce. I asked for a side of sour cream and they charged us. They also charged my husband for for a side of Buffalo sauce with his buffalo chicken wrap. Not worth the money or time we wasted! She also added two sides of fries that we did not order and I had to have taken off. Watch your bill!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The food made me sick to my stomach and I stayed up all night feeling like I would barf. I was incredibly grossed out by the food and restaurant. The burgers were gross and greasy and the chips were soggy. We got fried mushrooms as an appetizer and they were so hot they scalded my mouth. The wait staff was rude. We ordered quickly and got the food quickly but they ignored us afterwards. They would not clear our appetizers so the table was full of plates.

Coming to this place I already liked the location and the large parking lot. The wings are AWESOME, very delicious and several kinds of sauces to choose. Treatment was very careful and fast. I went with my people for dinner and there was some employees having some fun in a local karaoke (very nice voices by the way). Prices are fair. The only problem is that it was kind of empty what let the place less fun than could be.

You would think going to a place that serves wings if you ordered the wings it would take less than an hour to get your wings. Service was absolutely terrible. Waitress repeatedly ignored us even as we were trying to pay. If I were starving I would rather actually die then go back here , which it wouldnt matter anyway even if I did go because they wouldnt ever bring us our food and I would starve to death anyway.

Getting worse and worse. Lunch buffet has gone up to $10.95. They have taken away the quest dip and now the chips and spinach dip are gone too. Now all you get are wings that you have to fight over, a biscuit they call pot pie and cold soggy tater tots. Not sure if its company or manager changes.....but definitely not worth the price anymore.

The waitress was extremely attentive to our needs while we watched the football game on their huge display of tvs. I had the buffalo chicken salad with ranch and recommended you try it if you love a good salad. This is your traditional sports bar but better bc of the level of service and large menu options.

The relatively new menu change is the reason why I wont come back to wild wings. The previous boneless wings were great then now have been replaced by dry chicken nuggets. I visited this location for over 5 years and with the changes definitely wont be back.

Loved the atmosphere even though we showed up for the Karaoke. We were waiting for the 3rd quarter of the Tennessee and VT game to end so we could start singing, but we hated to see the DJ packing up his equipment we the 3rd quarter did end.

Im an upstate NY native and this is the only place in WNC that you can get true buffalo wings... make sure you get them "Fried Hard and Wet"... I come here at least twice a month for the last 3 years and never a bad order yet!!! A+++

Great service today.We received our food in twenty minutes compared to the last three times when it took 45 to 60 minutes. Our server checked on us several times. Staff seemed more alert than our past visits.

Food was ight. Not too good. Asked for texas toast didnt get it. Also that marinara sauce was weak. Waiters didnt care about the table after the food was brought to the table. 5 out of 15 dirty nickels.

On a Monday...... Over an hour wait to get in, with no line. Over and hour and a half on our food. Our waitress Brooke was great. Thank you Brooke. You were the best part of this experience.
