Let me begin by saying Im not caught up in the wing craze. Sure, Ill eat them on occasion but Im not so enamored by them like some people are. Having said that, I had the occasion to have lunch at Wild Wing Cafe with a really dear friend. It was the first time Id been here in quite a while so I had the expectation that it would be good but that it wasnt going to be anything outrageously fantastic in my perspective. What was a real surprise is the server let us know that there was a wing buffet for just a bit over $10 which included about 6 wing options as well as some sides. So being the kind of person that loves variety it worked for me. Wings were great as was the spinach dip and chips. The mac and cheese wasnt to my liking as my preference is more creamy and these I found to be a bit on the dry side. All in all, it was a great lunch with a friend as that was the purpose and the food was a secondary consideration.

We went here for my wifes birthday. Had 19 people in our party including several kids. I called at about 1130 and told them the size of our party and when we would be there. The lady told me they didnt take reservations, but thanked me for calling ahead, took my information and said they would do their best to accommodate us. I arrived at about 5:40 ( told them wed be there at 6). Went in to let them know that we were there and that everyone else would be there by 6. She immediately had my info handy and had a game plan in place already. We were seated on time, and our team of waiters were amazing! Very organized, everyone at the tables order was correct, beers and drinks never ran dry. Food was great as always but the staff was phenomenal. We sat on the patio and played Cornhole and had a great time. Thanks for making my wifes birthday dinner great!

Very accommodating. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always good, servers always on top of things. The only thing I hate about this place is that every time I go to walk on the little trail connected to their parking lot, there is a dead deer out there right next to the walk way...been rotting for weeks. I informed them several times about it, and they told me the 3rd time that it was actually not part of their property. They said to have called the city several times about it, with no luck. So I wont bring them down for that. Its just extremely gross to eat, then go for a little walk and see that. Fair warning.

Overpriced for portion sizes. To-go service is little to be desired. Not only was the order not ready when we arrived at the agreed upon pick up time, but there were items missing and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The Triple Dipper had about 2 tablespoons of three different dips and considering this is the item that they realized was missing upon bagging up our order, I just expected more. Fries were missing from the rib and wings combo. The wings were overcooked, dry and chewy with little to no flavoring. Very disappointed that their claim to fame is wings and the wings were absolutely terrible. Never again!!

Cant blame the restaurant for our bad experience the food had great flavor however our server had excuses for everything her child supposedly got her head stuck in a chair at another restaurant fire Dept etc... Now why she wouldnt have gotten help from her fellow servers befuddles me but out wings were cool the French fries we ordered crispy were soggy and the nuggets were completely forgotten being that I am not a local one can assume correctly that I will not be back to find out if it were a fluke. I am not saying not to go for anyone else as the flavor was good I am just big on eating HOT meal TOGETHER! GOOD LUCK

I have been to this location 3 times. The first time the waitress brought be out the wrong order and got mad at me because she said I ordered it. The second time I ordered buffalo wings and they were dried out and tasted old. 3. I waited several months before going again and should have stayed away. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. No one came so I went to the front desk and asked where I was supposed to order they said sorry and would get our drinks while we wait. 10 minutes later no drinks. This location in my opinion has the worst service in Asheville and I will never go there again.

Great food, perfect location and the restaurant is gorgeous with tons of TVs. Food arrived quickly even though restaurant was packed. Our server was brand new to service and untrained. She added items to our bill which we did not order and did not take them off of our bill. In the end we paid the few extra dollars and discounted her tip. Just didnt feel like dealing with her manager, or trying to explain again that we didnt order, receive or consume the item and shouldnt pay for it. Poor service truly tarnished an otherwise great experience.

My family loves wild wings we frequently go to the one in Greenville sc and is always great. Were in NC and decided to stop it is near the lake excellent view. We ordered buff chips and they were burnt and the waiter didnt bring any sauce . After letting our waiter know the chips were burnt he said the manager would come out. The manager said " well we hand cut out chips not like the corporate Wild Wings" ummm so is this not an actual wild wings? Also the wings were not up to par with Greenville and Mt Pleasant locations.

Went on the fourth of July. I went there knowing there were fire works. Before I went I called first. Was told ya maybe. When I got there not the host the bartender nor the rest of the staff could inform me of anything. This comes down to management. District down!. I have ran hotels as well as restaurants. Its a simple lack of communication and care. Otherwise your just managing sheep with no customer service. This is not the first time of bad service. FIRE THE GM!

I love eating here, but when they seat you in the bar area you may get forgotten. We were still sitting with menus when our appetizer arrived, no one came to see if we wanted to order even though we sat with closed menus, which sat under our appetizer plates when that arrived ... I still cant get used to the stage being so hard to see even from the bar tables. I like the patio vibe and the atmosphere for lunch, we felt a little forgotten at dinner.

Be careful leaving an open tab at the outside patio...they double charged my card with someone elses drinks as well as my own and then brushed me off when I tried to get a refund. It cost me an extra $30 and a big headache. The manager I spoke with was less than apologetic and tried to convince me I was wrong multiple times. Do not trust them with your card and always check what they charge you. Some of the staff is very incompetent.
