My Husband and I ate there yesterday (9-28-13) at 4pm. We both ordered the Portabella Crispy Onion Pretzel Cheeseburger. Mine was w/o a bun. I took 1 nibble of the crispy onion straws and immediately set them on the discard plate. They were extra crispy and the seasoning was 3 times as much really needed and tasted... like the nasty spice. The burger was ordered med-rare, it came medium and among the generous helping of portabella mushrooms was nearly 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Of course I scrapped all of it off and ate about 1/2 the burger. Thankfully I ordered the fried zuchinni and it was delicious. My husband totally agreed with the burger comments. Hid fries were not good either. Our waitress seemed not to care when we commented. The last time there, my husband ordered the identical thing and it just melted in his mouth. HUMMM.... different cook possiblely. Well think twice about returning!

Me and my wife have had a few bad experiences here but we kept going back thinking "just a fluke, this time will be ok" However this last visit will be our last. From poor service like eating the whole meal without drinks to having a waitress try to pocket an extra $20 bill from my change. This last time we waited over 20 minutes at our table without even being spoke to despite being walked past several times. On our way out the host looked up at us briefly and didnt say a word as we passed him. All this on top of the prices going up and portions dropping its no longer worth going any way.

Every time I have gone here, the food and wait staff have been great. We usually go when we get a coupon in the mail but the prices are not bad. Most people go here for dinner. Its not a fancy restaurant but it is one of the nicer restaurants in town. They have a nice salad bar that is fresh and their desserts are delicious. It is good for groups, families, or dates.

Used to eat there on a regular basis, went in a few weeks ago with a reservation took an hour and 15 minutes for food to arrive and food was not correct. Called twice to discuss problem and both times I was told they would get back to me and nothing was ever done no one ever return my calls. The worst customer service by management Ive ever experienced.

Sign up for online specials and try something new. Best salad bar in town. Always try a dessert or drink special. Prefer cozy atmosphere of the bar area. Grateful we still have our own Ruby Tuesday in our town and love it almost as much as its flagship restaurant at our Alma mater-UT Knoxville!

The childrens food came out after the adults food was almost completely gone and then when they brought out french fries for the children the french fries had been refried so there was no potato left in them and they were pretty nasty so not my best trip to Ruby Tuesdays

Excellent service helpful and attentive staff. food was excellent, wonderful atmosphere to rest and take a load off. NOT for people in a rush or inpatient people. 25 to 30 minutes to get our food I know for some people thats an eternity especially in this country

Lunch seems to be a slow time but it always takes forever to order, get drinks, get our food, then our check. This visit to Ruby Tuesdays was no different. Every time I eat here I tell myself to never do it again. Friends always pull me back in.

They have really good food and I love the staff. The kitchen is usually understaffed when it matters and not well stocked. I use to work there so I know how it is back there. The food usually very good and comes out fast unless they are busy.

Yvette C was slow and never came to check on us. When we went to pay she was more worried taking the plates out of the way than having us pay for our food. We waited 15 mins just to cash out our bill. Other than that the food was great!!!

The service was great and the was good but the serving size s need to be big. The biggest problem was they use to have really good dinner rolls and they got rid of them the you are lift wanting hungry til the food final comes out.

Wow what happen to the food. The ribs used to fall off the bone. Now you need a chain saw. And when did they change the burgers to hockey pucks. Compained to the staff they shrugged their shoudlers and walked away.

My mom ordered a cheeseburger with mayo and no tomato. It came out with no mayo, no cheese and a tomato. Burger was very dry and very very well done. I dont know man......i just cant figure people these days.

It took two hours to get food and it can out over cooked and cold .. We watched to other couples just get up and leave felt sorry for the waitress it was the cooks fault .
