Tonight I had dinner at the Perkins on Roan st, J.C.. The service was real bad. To start, i had a glass of water. I ordered a milk shake, a side salad and dinner. After sitting for enough time to watch others get their meal and leave, the waitress brought my dinner salad with my meal and still no milk shake. I asked the waitress, did she forget the milk shake and I was told,"thats for after dinner". I told her that isnt the way I ordered it. But, now I dont want the M.S.. By the time I ate my salad my dinner was just a little warm. She never refilled my water or offered me some pie. I even had to check out without a bill.

Used to eat here all the time but recently the prices seem to have gone up and service has slipped, prefer IHOP at present. Food is still good and the service is OK, but they wont bend over backwards to get you the lowest cost for your meal, they would rather charge a la carte than suggest a combo or special that has everything you want at a lower price. I rather eat where I get the best value food wise and cost wise for my money.

I did not realize that Perkins is a 24hr restaurant!!! BONUS points for that!! Perkins has ALWAYS been a special treasure to us! The food is awesome no matter which one you go to~~~ Johnson City TN to Orlando Fla! The service has always been great but our wait person at the Johnson City location about midnight (after the race in Bristol) was exceptional!! Very Caring and made sure we enjoyed our 1200am breakfast!

If there was anything lower then a 1 star you earned it. We waited 30 minutes for 3 half sandwiches and salads. We were the only ones in your restaurant. The manager on duty in the evening on 6/19/16 should not talk badly about their customers where they could be heard. DONT GO THERE. Btw corporate will hear about your poor service and customer service. Plus it took 10 minutes to get tea.

They were short staffed due to someone calling in sick and let us know up front that they would serve us but it would not be super fast service. We had a group of about twenty. They did a great job of keeping our drinks filled and checking in on us while waiting on our food. While not fast the service was good and our food was hot. Very pleased with the experience.

Came in, waited to be seated for about 10 mins. I dont mind I know it can et busy and nerve racking at times. But what ticked me of was once I got seated the waitress was obviously in a hurry to take my order. Fine but dont rush people. Regardless I enjoyed the food it was really pleasant other than that

The manager needs to get their head out of their rear and. Realize that they need more than one waitress and one assist manager and one cook to handle the after last call crowd especially on weekends on drinking holidays . but the staff that is there is wonderful.

This is our "go to" place for breakfast. Breakfast anytime 24/7. Consistently good food and service. Weve tried their lunch and dinner meals which are OK but breakfast items are their best.
