My experience was all around bad! After waiting enough time to figure out what we wanted to eat the server finally walked up to the table and she said, "What do u want to drink?" No "Hello" or greeting...after we finally got our drinks and waited on our food I watched as she neglected her other tables, she even forgot about one and never got their drinks meanwhile it was not busy and she was getting her new tables drinks! My food was not as good as I expected but I know that is not her fault and I am a server myself so I do not like to complain but this experience was not worth it!!

The last few times the food has not been anything to brag about nor the service either. The last time we went, about a month ago, our waitress wouldnt wait for our answers. Perhaps, it was she couldnt hear us because it was busy and loud but she didnt even seem to make an effort. On our way out we heard the manager telling another worker to go clear tables but the worker claimed they already had but it was obvious they hadnt. It will probably be awhile before we go back to Perkins or at least this one.

I was there last week and had the Cobb salad and shared the ruben sandwich, the ruben was one ot the best we have had I would put it up against the Firehouse resturant in Johnson City. The Cobb salad was huge, but it did fall some what short of Bob Evans. The service is great be sure to ask for the Veterans discount if you are and have a form of ID to show.

Best service ever! I dont like perkins, but this one was different. It started with the amazing greeting by the manager, she knew everyone by name and what table they liked but also made this stranger feel very welcome. The french toast and bacon were awesome too!

Terrible service. As in, we didnt get served after 20 minutes. No one even came to our table. Manager on duty didnt seem to care and offered no apology or offer to correct the issue. Will not be back.

We typically eat at Perkins during the wee hours of the morning, either after a late night or before a hectic day. The food is always delicious and fresh. The staff is courteous and prompt.
