The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because Ive been eating here for years and have always been satisfied....until today! I called in 3 meat & three plates and had someone driving over 30 mins away to pick it up for us. My roommate and I had correct plates, the driver on the other hand had a missing side, the wrong dipping sauce for his chicken and no cornbread. After speaking so well of the place, I was completely embarrassed when I made the call to tell the employees what we were missing. After having to explain the same thing to what felt like 50 different people I eventually spoke to the "manager" who sounded as if she was a high school kid with an attitude told us that we could come "pick up our Cole slaw and cornbread tomorrow." This isnt about a mistake in food preparation. This is about terrible customer service. I am the store manager of a restaurant myself and if its one thing I was taught since day 1 of many years is that good customer service is what will make an upset customer return and poor customer service will make a loyal customer never return. Yes, my friend who picked up our food was upset because his order was incorrect but he wasnt as upset as I was when I called to inform the staff of the mistake...I myself will take my money elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere that you get respected instead of ridiculed.

Seems that the service and especially the quality of food has gone down at this establishment. Me and my wife have been going here on and off a little over a year. Today we ordered two orders of the grilled chicken calabash plate. The portion was that fit for a child and the chicken either overcooked or just old. Did not taste like the calabash from previous visits. I called to speak with a manager making sure not to speak negatively about the meal to the employee. Was told the manager was not available and that on the time of her return to the restaurant she would NOT be returnimg my phone call. I asked for clarity and the employee stated the manager is actually a waitress and is too busy to speak with customers on the phone. Simply put another restaurant falling to the waste side.

These people can not cook at all that is not any country cooking I ever had nasty cornbread was so hard I could have knocked a wall down with it and the mac and Cheese was just noodles and cheese the green beans flat no flavor at all the squash casserole was nasty with like a bread mixture on it omg some one needs to show these people how to cook and the worst people fall for it ughfffff I promise I could cook these people under the table period I want ever come back !!!! They are in bad need of a menu upgrade bad !!!!!! No body wants food thats been on a steam table all day fresh and flavor time makes good food period not rushed with wht you can aford to put in it good product is what yall need and a real chef period !!!

Have been inside and drive through. My first was inside. When food got to my table it looked like it was made a week ago and just heated up. Needless to say I was dissatisfied and didnt pay for it. The staff was very understanding. So I say ok give them another try. The drive through was not to lengthy of a wait but the food left something to be desired. I guess some people like their food that way because they are always busy. Could be my standards are too high?

Not sure what has happened to this place over past few months but has totally went downhill. Spaghetti had not one drop of salt or flavor used to be decent. Also got baby club plate the fries might has well been frozen they were cold and hard and had 3 what looked like fried cat poop bites the sandwich was thrown together with not a bit of love. I used to love this place maybe there is a new cook who doesnt have a clue?? Please fix Riverside someone :(

It is probably the best value on the west side. Portions so big I dont know how they make money. I go days and evenings and have never had a service issue. Its also a central location with Cedar Lane & Blue Ridge. We love Casey but like I said, never a service issue. See for yourself.

Great food plus great deals highly recommend going there their if you like home style food i had 2 fried pork chops fried pickle and beef soup for 6 dollars. My only complaint was the cornbread was hard but that was still ok and it was good non the less but the roles were good

We always have wonderful service. Kay is amazing! Never fails to provide excellent customer service. Quality food. Great prices. The only complaint is the fried chicken is usually on the dry side. But the gyro and country style steak is fan freaking tastic!!!!!

Very poor service. We stood there for over 5 mins.the server tells us she will be right with us there were no tables open...next thing we know people walk in and sit right down at the table we were waiting to get cleaned..we will NOT be going back there again!!!

I love the waitresses and waiters. Especially Roddy and the older waitress that wears decorations for the different holidays. They make you feel like you part of the family. Also the food is great especially the Pineapple pudding. I love it.

The drive through customer service was horrible, dining in was equally horrible. Bad attitude!! The food made me sick. The meat was more like mystery meat and they had to go hunt the animal before cooking it. It took forever!!!!
