Pho was phenomenal. Everybody in my party said their food was good as well. Seemed to only have two people cooking, which meant it took a while for food to arrive. *I will start with a disclaimer that we came at a particular busy time during lunch* Somebody in my party received food that somebody in another party didnt want, so they gave it to the person in our party without so much as asking if he wanted it, then went on to say something along the lines of "Another person didnt want this and I didnt want to waste it" which isnt a big deal, except it wasnt the amount of spice he wanted, and it was served to him about 20 minutes before everybody elses food came out in our party. Nobodys food came out at the same time, which isnt a problem in most cases, but it was delayed by about 5 minutes successively per person. Took a while for the server to initially come to our aid as well, and the check took quite a while. I will be eating this food again since its just amazing, but it will be takeout.

While the beer selection was excellent, their descriptions in the menu were odd. They were clearly cut and pasted in there. How could I tell? They had recommended food pairings that werent even served at the restaurant!?! Anyway... on to the food. I got the fried rice with beef and shrimp. Heres a description of the plate... less than a cup of rice, 4 small pieces of VERY under cooked beef, 2 almost raw shrimp, 3 small sprigs of cilantro, and almost an entire raw onion. This was one of the most flavorless meals I have ever eaten in my life. How on Gods green Earth can someone make Thai food bland?!?!? I was going to give them a second star simply for the beer selection, but I just couldnt bring myself to do it. IF ( and thats a big IF) I ever came back here, it wouldnt be for the food, it would be to get a good micro brew beer for a decent price.

We walked in and it looked like a nice place inside. Hard to find outside. We waited 40 mins for our food and only ordered one entree. We looked around and others were waiting a long time too. Not to mention our waiter spilled my drink and did not even come back to clean it up. They were out of Thai tea and the portion of food was small and food was cold and not good Thai. And the beer is overly priced even for a 5oz. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Our plate was sitting on the counter before it was served to us for God knows how long till my husband got up and asked what was going on. Just not worth going back to ever. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the agony.

Food was good, but not any better than other Thai weve had. The service was TERRIBLY slow. We were there for almost 2 hours and there was only 2 of us!!? Our food came out at different times, my drink was constantly empty, and the cooks were arguing with the waitresses about order mistakes literally right next to us. Seriously, come on guys. Also, it would be nice to see descriptions of the food on the menu. Thank God weve eaten Thai before and knew some of the options. Somebody new to Thai cuisine would have no idea what any of it was at all! We love Thai, but most definitely will not be back. Thai Phooket in Rivergate will remain our go-to.

This was my first time having Thai food. This place has an awesome beer selection, but...and this may be just me not liking Thai food...the food was okay, but mine had a lot (and I mean a truck load) of noodles in it. My wife and I got the same item off the menu, and hers had almost no noodles in it. The flavor was good, but I must be a sauce person. I guess I was expecting it to be more like other Asian cuisine Id had. I found it kind of dry. In the end, pretty good flavor, but also a little pricey for the amount of food you get (once again comparing it to other local Chinese, Japanese, and Korean restaurants).

So glad that there is such a great tasting Thai place closer to home. Had the Pad kee Mao with tofu and it was excellent. I did notice chicken (small pieces) mixed in the noodles, not sure if this is due to the fact they cooked my order with the chicken one I ordered. So if you want vegan, you may want to specify, I am not vegan just trying to eat less meat. Great local beer selection. It is a bit over priced for the portion you get, but I will definitely pay it again. Sat at the bar and ordered take out on a Wednesday night and it wasnt crowded.

So happy we now have Thai in 37075!! I ordered the Green Curry today and it was an epicurean delight! That sweet, green, savory sauce has just the right amount of heat. Best Ive had since I left CA. We also ordered Pad Thai, and that was pure bliss! Medium hot was plenty spicy. The noodles were perfect. We got beef Pad, but you can order most of their entrees with shrimp, beef, chicken, pork or tofu. Or you can ask for all the proteins combined in a "combo"! Welcome, Blossom! Im looking forward to working my way through all your dishes.

We have been to Blossom before, with no major issues. This time.....the service was flat out terrible, and glacially slow. After reading other posts, this seems to be the new norm. Beer menu took forever to get, as did the beer delivery. When they finally came, they werent what we ordered, but were expected to accept (really??). Food was good, but luke warm. Thia food and craft beer is a good combo.....maybe I can experience it next time. Very disappointing.

By far the best restaurant in Sumner County. All the food is amazing, and has very creative flavor. Its like just a bit more bright flavor than typical Thai... Excellent! The 30 taps can satisfy and intrigue any experienced palate or novice beer drinker. The atmosphere is amazing. Beautifully but modestly decorated and great tunes! So glad to have this kind of place in the 37075. Will be a very regular regular!

Quite expensive when comparing to other Thai restaurants. Food was decent, just a little on the bland side. Service was moderately slow (when we went there were not many customers there but we were able to see a dish of our partys had been prepared but was just sitting on the counter for quite some time before we were served it, and the rest of the table had already been served for about 10 minutes at that point.)

Service and food were just ok. I wanted to try one of their craft beers, but was never brought a drink menu. Apparently yesterday was also Kings day as everyone else was given leis, crowns, tshirts, etc., but apparently our waitress didnt think we wanted to help celebrate. This was my first time there and was really disappointed, because Ive heard nothing but great things about the restaurant.

This place is easy to miss. You want to turn by the auto art collison sign. The service is great but you need to be prepared to wait for your food. This is because things are freshly prepared and worth the wait. Order your food first then take time to pick your beer or cider from the crazy extensive menu. We had the crab rangoon, dumplings, fried rice, satay, pho and larb gai. All great.
