Horrible service!!! Owner (wife) doors not know how to handle customer situations, nor does she care about the reputation of her establishment. You shouldnt employ rude people who get in a customers face if you dont know how to handle the situations they cause. If you cant seat more than 5 at a table tell them before they wait thinking they will get one. We waited 35 mins to be seated with 3 small children and when my mother asks why 2 other tables were seated before is that came in after the hostess throws her hand in my moms face and walks off. The owner (wife) comes over and said she wants to talk, so we tell her why we are irritated and she said well we dont put tables together for partys over 5 people. I dont think we can serve you. You may offend or server since your mad, and has a young man come up behind her to intimidate us like he was going to force us out. This woman needs to learn the law before she threatens customers with it. We obviously became very upset at this. She proceeded to tell us that because my mother told the hostess to get her hand out of her face before she slaps it out that she physically assulted the hostess. Verbal, maybe, but very far from physical.

Went here last night for dinner, been living here since 2011 and always drive by here but have never stopped. We always heard that their pizza is amazing and went here with pizza in mind, yet once we saw the other things on the menu we ended up getting something different. We got the breadsticks for the appetizer which were nice, hot, and amazing and they came with cheese dip and marinara. I ordered the penny and fries, which was basically chicken tenders, bacon, gouda, and honey mustard on a pretzel bun and I absolutely loved it! The fiancé got some type of patty melt with fries and he loved the fries, but said the patty melt had no flavor or seasoning. It was a pretty big crowd inside for a Tuesday night, which may or may not be because they have literally a different event/game night there for each night of the week, which was pretty cool. We didnt get any alcohol because we were on the bike and forgot our ids so didnt even ask, but they had some pretty decent drink specials too. We were kind of in our own private room lol just because it was pretty crowded, which was cool we had our own little tv in there which they changed to ufc fight night for us.

I have had lunch there a few times and despite the crowd it was always reasonably well serviced and the food (burgers) well prepared. However, I write this primarily after ordering takeout of their Chicago Deep Dish and also Stuffed pizzas (blame The Daily Shows rant vs. Chicago Style pies). The outcome was wonderful as this is some of the best Chicago style and Stuffed thick crust pizzas in Indianapolis. Well prepared, wonderful crust, just the right amount of everything. The pizzas were done almost precisely when they stated they would be and near perfect. This will be our go-to Chicago Style pizza from now on.

Pub stix( 6 breadsticks w/ cheese and marinara) were ok but not worth 8 bucks. Service was excellent. The server anticipated all of my needs. Diet coke was overpriced at 2.50. I saw they have $3 pints on Monday/Tuesday which is good deal if you go out weekdays. 2 topping 10in pizza for 15 bucks is expensive. The pizza was pretty good. Total my bill was 28 dollars for 6 breadsticks, 10 inch 2 topping pizza, and diet coke. I took a couple slices home but I think that is too expensive even considering that the food/service were good. I couldve eaten at El Rodeo across the street for a lot cheaper.

Awful. I went once and the server forgot to put in my food. Everyone else got their food ahead of me. I finally asked and he said it was up. Then I asked again and I finally got it. The waiter refused to comp my meal even though obviously he forgot to put it in. I received my food well after everyone in my party had finished eating. The food is overpriced for what it is. The drinks are WAY over priced. The only perk is non smoking. However, there are plenty of much better nonsmoking places. All in all, I would not stop in here unless you had no choice.

Rude manager - to order pizza ask for a little bit of extra sauce was charged for a whole nother topping but they didnt give me double sauce they only gave me a little bit when brought to a managers attention she didnt care and she wasnt going to change anything because thats what they charge didnt apologize or offer a a solution, even though we eat there on a weekly basis and has never been charged a whole topping for a drop of extra sauce. When informed the manager we wont be returning. She stated, ok, bye. Never again customer lost

So last Friday went here and as my daughter Courtney Barrett wrote on her review is was horrible and I call on Friday to find out how to speak to someone that has some manners its now Tuesday and still no call from Union Jacks so I called again today to be told nobody is there imagen that !!!??? Heard great things about the place but next time I will not listen to any bodys word on this place ty Union Jacks for the wonderful experience lesson learned time for your kids to take over

I Luv this place! You never feel outta place, the good is great, and its the last bar gives back to its patrons. They have holiday parties and occasional concerts especially during race time. Nicole is amazing as a bartender, Matt is great as a server & bartender ( so is Cody and Margo ), and Marcia makes everyone feel welcome. This should be the blue print for the bars throughout Indiana. Great job UJs & I will see you soon! Kevin.

Food is out of this world it gets 5 stars. Service is terrible. Sat for 10 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged. Either they are really under staffed for a Saturday night or the wait staff sucks Got up and left. This is probly the 3rd time Ive been in there and experienced this. But let me reiterate the food (pizza) is 5 stars.

Trashed Wings are amazing and a perfect pairing to anything on draft, musics always changing (live or jukebox app), and the servers have always been kind and smiley. Kind of a cozy bar and dining feel with dim lighting and lots of wood decor. And if weve ever wanted to change the tv channel the manager/server always delivers ♡

This is where all the racing guys go after a long day at the track! Awesome beer selection, great food, and reasonable pricing. There is something on the menu for everyone and by that, I mean pizza. Awesome deep dish pizza, but you have to be prepared to wait 30 minutes for it! Auto racing memorabilia all over the place!

My husband and I just had an early dinner here and it was phenomenal! The pepperoni dip was like liquid pizza and so delicious. We also had strawberry lemonade that was perfect, not too sweet or too sour. Our server was Leah and she was a doll. Somehow she knew exactly when to check on us. Well worth the price!!!
