Non-existent service. Our first time there and we will not be back. After standing inside the door awkwardly for a few minutes being passed by several employees (we didnt see any signs indicating to seat yourself), a bartender finally told us to sit anywhere we liked. We sat down in plain view but nobody came over to wait on us for a full 10 minutes. Finally, we flagged down a server. She did apologize, at least. Sensing that this was going to be a trend, we ordered drinks and food all at the same time. The food was very average -- nothing to write home about. The salt and vinegar chips were good (note: theyre actually chips, not fries like most English/Irish-styled pubs). Good selection of beers. But the entire time there, we saw our server twice. She never came to check on us and never gave us a chance to order more beer. And I didnt see her help the tables next to us, either. Unbelievable. This pub was full, but not busting at the seams. Get a clue Brockway: you should never let patrons sit with empty beer glasses for that long. If you want repeat business, you have to actually wait on your customers. They may actually want more beer. Next time, it will be somewhere else for us.

I really want to like this place. But the service is very iffy. On more than one occasion Ive had my drink taken away from the table, while Im sitting there, without the waiter asking if I was done and there was still some drink left in the glass. The nachos were also bad. The first time they were ordered, they came out burnt. When the waiter was made aware of this, they brought out another one but ended up charging for their mistake anyways. Also, given the price and what was served, it was not worth it. Overall this place is overpriced and could use a lot of work on the service. The ambiance is very nice as is the decor but thats not enough.

Service is very very poor. The first server came by, we asked for menus and a beer list. She came by with a menu. She never came back. Another server came by after a while so we asked her if she could help. She said yes, but then looked confused where our server was. Wife and I ordered food and drinks. After a while, our friends met us, our fish and chips came out. No beer yet. We had to keep going to the bar for drinks. After a while it got so unacceptable we left went to a nearby bar off Meridian, where we got friendly service.

Stopped in for a quick drink, and had some of Danny Boys Walking Red. It was interesting, because Ive never been served a half-pint before, but it was on special and allowed me to try other drinks without getting too much of a beer bloat. Also tried their "Kentucky Mule," which Id highly recommend to anyone with any type of palate. Staff is friendly, and the spot has the standards that youd expect at an authentic irish pub, including perfect pints of Guinness, private booths, and enough TVs to assuage any soccer hooligan.

The new owners are running this more like a bar than a pub. I used to come here for their food but my most recent visit is my last. At noon I couldnt hold a conversation without shouting and the patrons around me were just there to drink. My waiter was either drunk or high and after a quick appetizer and a 30min+ wait I realized he wasnt coming back. I literally only saw him that one time. I went to the bar and shouted my order to the bartender so that I could pay and get out.

Yeah sat outside with wife for 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us so we go inside and sit down at the bar. Another 10 minutes goes by without a, "hello" or "we will be right with you." I stood up and asked for the manager in which there was not one there and ranted about their non-existant service. They looked at me as if I was an alien!! I live approx. 4 min. away and think it is sad when trying to patronage a locally owned (small) biz. Too bad

My wife my favorite pub. Why? Just a nice (and mostly authentic) atmosphere that is smoke free. Menu is limited, but consistently better than average pub fair. It can get a bit loud in there due to cement floors and loud music, but not overwhelming. Just do not go there for a quiet conversation. It is a local pub that feels, well, like a local pub. I love to give them my business

Totall legit Irish pub nestled in Indys northern suburbs. Service is personal and friendly. Drink and food options are plentiful. Convenient location plenty of parking and outside seating weather permitting.sister facility to Danny Boy Beer Works which means access to their own line of great microbrews along with all your favorites.

Lovely little gem! Great start to night out with Friends and coworkers! Both bartenders were on their game! Was served by the lady and the guy we spoke with him outside, and it made the whole night worthwhile! We deff will recommend this place! Would have stayed all night if there were pool tables!

I have been to Brockway Pub 2-3 times so far, and I would say their fish and chips is right up there with some of the best in town. The breading/batter isnt too thick and isnt overly greasy. The 2-piece size is plenty for lunch, especially if you get the awesome Dublin Pub Crisps.

Fish & chips, footy and friendly Beer to suit most tastes with a limited pub grub menu. Fish & chips? Its cod, never mind the Alaskan Pollocks. A nice place to watch the footy and likely to have a fantastic atmosphere for the 2014 World Cup games. Get in!

Some decent beers (Bottled). Fake Irish feel. Crappy food (really crappy). Poor layout. A forgettable experience. Its like the Stacked pickle, 2 doors south, except they dont even have the eye candy staff, so go there instead for your mediocrity.

Stop by here with colleagues aometimes and really like this place to chill out and have a good beer. Food is good, atmosphere is good, staff is great, beer selection is also great. Tons of whiskey options too.

I drank a shot of rare vintage Jameson. It cost $75. I have no regrets. The bartender was superb, & knowledgeable. The spirits & beers were great. I would drive to Indy again just to go to this place!

The jam session on Tuesday nights can be great, it can be so-so. Depending on what sports are playing the crowd can be louder than the musicians. Those playing can really get into their Irish tunes!

Well known local Irish industrial pub. Best fish and chips. Winner of Best pint of Guinness. Also serves great local, regional, national, and international beers including Danny Boy Beer.

Great scotch eggs, awesome fish n chips, very good "bag of donuts" and I find the staff to be very friendly. Been 3 times now and feel like making the 27 minute trek right now.

Fun for St Pattys day. But just typically overpriced drinks and horrible food selection that closes hours before they do. Go to the Stacked Pickle 50yds North.
