The food is wonderful, and the prices are quite reasonable, but I have to give only 2 stars for the service. Our server was absent for most of our time in the restaurant. We had to find our own silverware, and when she finally returned to ask how we were doing, we were done eating. We asked at that time for our check, and a small to go box, 10 minutes later, were still waiting. Not sure if they will allow us to leave this evening. Our servers name was Tamy? Couldnt read her writing, we will eat there again, hopefully well get a better server next time.

This place used to be awesome. My very first choice when going out but something has changed. The food was exceptional.... Now not so much..... The staff is nice but that doesnt fill my drink. I ordered the fajitas which I have ordered many times. The flavor they had is not there and I never received my tortillas. Just cant go back. Im going to Garcias or El Rey

New owner. Great guy, managed Dos Margaritas in Gallatin for a long time. Nothing but good things to come for Cancun Lagoon!! Great service, Great food, more than fair prices. Crisp draft beer. Salsa is awesome, homemade. Definitely want to check this place out now. The change of ownership has completely revitalized this restaurant to its full potential!!!

This was my first time going to this restaurant. I called ahead and ordered my meal for pick up and the dinner portion was large on enough for me to make several meals out of it. I was impressed at the taste and quality of the food. I will return.

I promise you this is the best Mexican food in the Nashville area! I used to live in San Diego and went to Mexico on my days off and the food at Cancun Lagoon is the real deal! Excellent. Good atmosphere and great wait staff. 5 star all around.

Where do I start?... Summer Salad is my favorite in summer with seasonal fruit, but, the fish tacos, flautas, taco salad are my go to items at Cancún Lagoon....Yum and Attentive friendly staff always there to serve!

Food was mediocre, salsa mediocre, cheese sauce mediocre food good plenty to eat. They did serve us late, staff NOT attentive, we were the only ones in the restaurant.
