Some of the most delicious burgers youll ever eat, problem is, theyre way too expensive. Its not really free bottomless fries when they charge you $3-$5 more for your burger than they should. Also, theyll bring you a tiny thing of fries at a time, and theyll dawdle when its time to bring you more, so good luck getting a second round of fries before your entrée is gone. Heres my biggest gripe. They have those media devices at your table, and they require no agreement by an adult or prepayment to charge you to play stuff. My 8yo son managed to charge game fees to my table without us or him even realizing it. I just happened to see it on my bill at the end. I wonder how much money this place makes every year from ppl who blunder into that and dont catch it. Its a shady practice, and I wonder if its even legal. The manager took it off my bill when I complained, but they have to stop that.

Horrible experience. I live less than a mile from the place and finally went for the first time. We ordered drinks and she forgot to bring it out for fifteen minutes. She sat there cleaning the bar and when we politely reminded her about it she snapped and said that she knew and I didnt need to remind her "I just cant carry everything at once." She had one other drink in her hands. She then gave a sob story about she had to bar tend and do to gos and no other restaurant is like that. Red Lobster, Logans, Olive garden, WOW, Fulins all have the bartender do their togos. The other employs were walking by giving nasty looks and saying we were rude when we asked for a manager. Needless to say never again.

Red Robin usually has pretty good service and the burgers are good with several different price range options. Stay away from the prime rib dip sandwich and youll be fine. I take away 2 stars for the crusty screens on the little payment computers at each table and glass windows inside. Yuk. Told our waitress twice about the crust on the screen but still had to sign my receipt by dragging my finger through the buildup. I had nightmares about that sound your finger and nail make when you scrape dried Ketchup and juicy burger bits that are stuck to solid surfaces. I have to wash my hands again after typing this up.

I love the burgers at this place. It just seems every time we go we get poor service. We get the "Sorry we just got a big rush" but then theres only like 7 tables seated. The best excuse weve got twice now is "Its shift change and they are getting ready to come out." Regardless we always end up waiting a good 20-30 minutes to get food that is mediocre because the lazy workers left it in the window too long before bringing it to us. Too bad, I really want to like this place. Ill try again in another year.

My family, kids ages 7&9, love to come here. They do specialize in burgers but they have a variety of foods choices. I have nearly always has great service. Everyone has a bad day now and then, but service here is almost always excellent. They cook things the way you want them, and the bottomless fries are excellent. Try the garlic and herb fries. I have tried nearly every burger they have and they are all wonderful. Nearly anything you want from the bar.

Excellent burger. Great service. If using a loyalty discount, be sure to log on and move the one you want to use to the "top". I intended to use my $4.00 off that was expiring but the table top checkout used 15% off instead. When paying on the tabletop machine, they cant make any changes or corrections.

Horrible service. Waited over an hour for our burgers after our order was taken. Waitress igorned us to the point we were ready to walk out. She tried to be super friendly though when it came time to pay our bill. Would not recommend this Red Robin to anyone. Would love to give this place ZERO stars!

Love the bottomless options! Love the food! Today our server, Shelby, was excellent! My salad dressing had ice in it and was curious if they freeze them. Explained about issue with freezer and apologized ; then got me a fresh batch from a new container to make up for it. Loved the service today!

Perfect atmosphere for alcohol and families. Red Robin seamlessly combines fun for the whole family. I enjoy the vegetarian alternative for the meat patties. Also, the back page on the menu is wonderful for people wanting to eat a good burger in the most health conscious fashion.

Macy was our server and she took excellent care of us and our needs while having multiple other guests. She is a wonderful multitasker and very sweet. The nana nana moo moo shake is very good. Strong banana flavor with a hint of chocolate! Burgers and fries were good as always.

Poor service. Regularly had to request refills from another server. We got there within 15 minutes of opening. Food was extremely slow and bottomless fries were nonexistent. Burgers were mediocre at best. There are Red Robin restaurants elsewhere.. we shall try those!

Red Robin food is pretty much consistent no matter which one you visit. Ive been to several in many different states. My favorite is the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with a Blue Moon on draft! If you have never tried the fish&chips - thats also a must!

Dirty unbussed tables all us around the entire time we were there.. Floors were dangerously slippery ... Drinks took forever... food was not as good as Red Robin usually is.. Whomever runs this location runs it like they do not care...

Service is always great and burgers are awesome. Yes the prices are a tad high, but they arent unreasonable. The restaurant is a tad noisy, but it doesnt distract from having a good table conversation--its a good, fun environment.

Service is good depending on who you get. One time I went and it was great. Another time it was awful. All my server did was call me baby and hit on my bf. she never did refill our drinks. Making sure I never get that girl again.
