My husband and I decided to surprise the children with a fun late night dinner at Red Robin. Something we hardly ever do. It was 30 mins before closing. Both my husband and I being past waiters know the feeling of seeing customers come in just before closing, so we purposefully make the meal clean up easy. We all ordered bottomless drinks, 2 adults and 2 children, and our food. The servicer was great and worked her butt off. Even right at 10, closing, a group of 12 people came in and she was still on top of things. After our meal I asked for another order or fries, I had just finished my first order, and she said the kitchen was closed. They had just put in an order of fries for the large party if any were left she try to get them to me. She was able to. By this time my children and husband who all order rootbeer floats wanted another before we left. By this time it was 10:10. The waitress said the bartender just emptied out the ice cream and theyre wasnt any left. We were confused as to why no one mentioned last call. We spent nearly $13.50 on drinks alone and wasnt given the chance for last call. Our bill itself was over $50.00 plus tax and tip. Now the waitress was nice and attentive she deserved the large tip but as for the bartender and manager not being on top of things since there was obviously customers who ordered certain items to not offer last call is far from being attentive. Thank you Sydney for getting us another order of bottomless fries that we ordered.

While its usually worth it, we werent impressed this go around. Tea was off, our server was obviously getting frustrated, and for some reason, all the salt grinders in this restaurant were wet on the tops, as though they been wiped. We literally went through five or six grinders because the tops were all covered in water. Also, they messed up one of our burgers as well by putting mayo on it when it was plain with cheese (when the manager came to give us the corrected burger, he joked "Want some mayo with that?" and then awkwardly apologized when we didnt find it funny), while the first batch of fries werent all that satisfactory, being cold and older. Usually we are pleased with our time and we later agree the food was worth it, but this wasnt our best trip here to date. Definitely disappointed this go around.

Our waitress was not attentive! We had to wait about 30/40 min for our food! The kids mac and cheese was cold. I ordered a brownie mint milkshake. After drinking just over 1/2 If it I found a strand of black hair in my glass. Our waitress finally stopped back by. We told her about it. She asked if we wanted to talk to a manager.. Of course we did. He was very insensitive! Explaining to me that they require all staff to wear hats but you know unfortunately sometimes things slip through. Offered to make me another one no thank you! One hair in my milkshake was enough for me! Where we sitting we had a view of the kitchen I saw three people and hats that was in. You can guarantee I will never eat here again the service was very poor and the hmanager was very condescending.

I dont think Ive ever had a worse experience than this. The waiter was alright, nothing special. The table we sat at had a nasty smelled that reminded me of a McDonalds play place. Then, the food came. I got a burger, something hard to mess up. It was burned, and after talking to the waiter and manager, I was informed thats how its supposed to be. YUCK. They offered me more food, but I was so disgusted I had lost my appetite. They took my food and still charged me $10 for something I didnt eat. I think this was the first time in my life Ive ever complained about food to staff. Never going back!

Was told, after many years of being a customer, that we can not swap bottomless items like French fries and then get sweet potato fries. There is no extra cost to them and it made our meal there really nice. For over 9 years we have been going, well this ends a wonderful time. Besides the ride bartender and the over justifing management,the only reason I was still going was the food,they have gone so far down hill. To bad we like red robins, but .....

Arrived Saturday at 1pm, the parking lot was empty. That should have been our red flag. We were greeted with slooooow service, cold food, and management that clearly didnt care. Even our 5 year old informed the manager her undercooked and soggy grilled cheese was "nasty". (Ive got a picture of it above) We usually love Red Robins, and seek them out when traveling. This establishment is a sore disappointment and we will not be back.

We got in and waited for a decent time before getting help. Justin saw this, swooped in and turned our bad experience to an amazing one. Not only did he take our orders and get them in without hesitation, he also explained how busy our server was and apologized for the wait. Our server, April, was friendly and prompt with every request we had. All around excellent service.

Love going here. They have plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor. This is a great choice for families because they have the tablets on the tables with games and just like the bottomless fries, they also have bottomless macaroni and cheese for the kids. There is rarely a wait here, and youre close to many other stores if you are looking to do more than just go to lunch.

Poor service, even the hostess was rude. The food was not the same as other red robins, the burger patty was thin, dry and tasteless. The waitress kept forgetting to bring stuff to the table. Never had an issue at a red robin before. Will never go back to this red robin again. Service was horrible and the food was not what I have come to expect from a red robin.

Food was great. People were nice. They could do a better job with basic cleaning. The windows were dirty, had to ask for our table to be wiped (which she did nicely), the silver had to be replaced and wiped down and the bar display was dusty. With that being said, no one was standing around. Everyone was working hard serving customers and being very nice about it.

Its an ok burger. There milk shakes are pretty nice too. But I had never paid as much for a burger before. Ive only been like twice because I cant afford to eat here! I might even be able to do a better job at home. If you want to go out and have a great atmosphere instead of firing up the grill this is your place, that is, if youre rich enough to pay for it.

Took about five minutes for a waitress to even ask us for our drinks. Took around thirty minutes for our food to come out. Between drink orders and dinner, we werent checked on. My burger wasnt hot, but lukewarm. Then, she mistakenly rung up another receipt instead of ours. That took a while to draw her back to our table for her to fix her mistake.
