This is probably the worst place to eat in Gallatin. I got burned out on everything else and decided to start coming to this place more often. Now, I tend to be quite picky with my food, particulary any kind of cheeseburger. I would come here and order anywhere from 3-7 plain cheese crystals, and every time I did, they would still have onions on them. I even went as far as to fabricate a lie and tell them that I was allergic to onions, just to see if that would have any affect on whether or not I would receive onions on my food or not. And, in spite of that, my food did still infact have onions. So to anyone who has any specific allergies, I highly recommend staying away from this place. They will put it on your food. Aside from that, out of the 8 times Ive ate here for the month of February 2015, twice of those trips have made me sick to the point to where my stomach will hurt and I have to vomit up the food I ate. This place needs a serious face lift as far as the people in the kitchen goes.

Can I give zero stars. This Krystal has been going down for quite some time now. The location is frequently busy, the workers do work hard, but theyre so unorganized. The last thing you want is to wait forever and then your order is wrong. My food is consistently made wrong especially in the afternoons. I will say that the morning crew is much better. The inside of this location is nothing short of nasty. I rarely go inside but on my last visit the floors were stick and visibly dirty and the bathroom is never clean. I heard they recently are under new management but I dont know if Ill be going back. Ive given them plenty of chances. Smh.

Normally I love me some Krystals but this particular location is just awful. Its completely filthy. The staff seem clueless, all except Little Zach, that seemed in charge of everything and was basically running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Theres moldy ceiling panels, no toilet paper in the nasty bathrooms and we waited 47 minutes for 2 large bowls of chili, as we watched countless orders of chili cheese fries go out. We wont be going back...

Never heard of Krystal before but am staying right across the road for a few days so went in for a late bite. The burger was weird tasting and soggy but the fries and vanilla shake were awesome. We got there just after 9 PM and the cashier was very unhappy about having customers that close to closing time. I understand putting in a long hard day and wanting to go home but the negative comments shouldnt be made where customers can hear.

Worst place in tennessee. Came at 9:30 And they said they had no double meat lol. They have single burgers only lol. So they will never see us or our 35 dollar order again. Terrible service
