This place is a disaster and the Dairy Queen Corporate should close this franchise. Went through the drive through on 3-22-2014. placed order and pulled up to the window. Paid and waited, and waited. 22 minutes for order. If I had not been charger ahead of my order I would have left. 2 Blizzards, i hamburger, 1 chicken sand, and fries. Watched girl inside take care of counter walk in customers. and watched her clean stuff then mess around with other employees while I waited. Line behind me started growing and backing up. Guess people behind me thought I bought the whole menu. I could see their frustration growing. My blizzards were melted by the time I arrived home. This place is stupid bad. I have never seen one of these reviews make a difference but I am disgusted with the loss of customer service in this country. Dairy Queen corporate should be embarrassed by this franchise. Will never go to another DQ as long as I live.

The other reviewers who are claiming that this restaurant is very slow are correct. While the service is a notably faster if you go inside, youre in for a wait either way. The restaurant does not seem too terribly clean inside, either. I feel that the hot food is better than that at other Dairy Queen restaurants, but the ice cream not so much. Employees are usually friendly and courteous.

Very slow and poor service. Many times it takes over 20 minutes to get food at drive through even when there is hardly any customers in the store and nobody in the drive through. Ive gotten ice cold burgers with cold cheese served to me, cold fries, nasty old fries too and they often forget to give you the sundae coupon for the 5 bike lunch, just overall VERY bad experiences here!!

Even if your the only customer their it still takes a long time to get your order. Theirs no way you can go to this place on ir lunch hour. Even called in orders aint ready when you get their. Do not recommend this place to n e one that is in a hurry!!!!

This Dairy Queen possibly has the title as worst Dairy Queen in the country. The drive thru line is atleast 25 minutes every visit. The food quality is poor, which makes the wait not worth the food. Please remove this Dairy Queen

This resturant is one of the best places to get your soft serve fix! Good Food too! Love the new remodeling that they have done to the place! Definatly would recommend!

This DQ is much better than Celina or Cookeville. Long term management and staff means they know what they are doing. Sometimes slow but order is always right.
