Thank you Taco Bell for being consistent in your food preparation. Also the decor is cuter and more comfortable and cleaner than the big Mexican restaurants anywhere outside of Bowling Green or Louisville, where they have Chuys which is another level. But I am grateful for Taco Bell. Its good. I know what to expect. The environment is safe and family-friendly. A lot of the Mexican restaurants around here have rude staff and are magnet s for crude partying drunks. I wouldnt mind if Taco Bell served beer or margaritas. I know that sounds crazy to people who havent been to "fast food" restaurants that offer those, but it works out fine. The staff IS really sweet at this location, which is great!

I waited 8 minutes to place my order with only 1 car ahead of me. Finally got to window. Girl processed my payment. Closed window. I sat at window another 13 minutes before getting my order which consists of 2 tacos and 1 Mexican Pizza. Girl said there was only a total of 3 employees working everything!!! She was very apologetic. But Taco Bell youve got to get on the ball this is ridiculous!!!!!!!

We are very frustrated with this taco bell. Four times we have gone in there and the breakfast menu boards have not been turned around. The girl was asking what we would like and I kept telling her I dont know..I cant see anything to choose! Today was the last straw. 2 of the 4 menu boards were turned. I left without ordering. Very poor service here. Will not go back.

They need to learn how to build a burrito...waited way too long (20min. from time I ordered) for a burrito that ended up being half inedible when I couldnt stomach the guac and sour cream "layer" at the other end. Hot on left, cold on right? Idk...no bueno.

Im here RIGHT NOW and the dining room floors AND tables are nasty! Theres a high chair in the middle of the floor with food all over it also WHILE TWO EMPLOYEES are chillin in the corner THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!!! NO EXCUSE!!!! 1 STAR!!

Compared with the other taco bells in the area this one is not bad. Much better than the KFC Taco Bell combo and therefore the closest option to my home making it worth it

I ordered 3 regular baja blast freezes today, and when I got the drinks they were only filled up halfway! In addition the drinks were not frozen and tasted bad too!
