Service was very slow. Fried pickles looked like they were double fried. How can you turn a pickle brown on the inside? Then the main courses took forever and the fries and wings were cold to the touch and seemed double-fried as well. Manager asked if he could replace them and I thought to myself "Yeah, just so we can be disappointed once again." I just said take them away and this quality of food was pitiful. The manager took the wings off the bill and gave half off the rest of the tab. As far as I am concerned that restaurant has lost a customer and I cant understand how you can stay in business with the service and food that was way below par. Considering the restaurant was about 20% full, how can you be this slow and not prepare hot food? Good bye Hooters in Jeff!

If you are ever in Jeffersonville Indiana go to this hooters and ask to sit with Cassie she is beautiful to say the very least sexy hot body with a smile that will steal your heart. Her service is so fast and she takes pride in making sure you have the "Hooters experience" if your in the mood for good ol fashion hooters games Cassie is your gal, they remodeled and it looks very nice. The management will always take the customers side no matter what good or bad so dont hesitate to speak up if Cassie isnt working sit with Ali, Sidney, Caitlin, Bre or Danielle at the bar just dont fall in love because the girls are smoking hot like their amazing 3 mile island sauce.

This place always has issues. First time no service, there was an employee on a call in one of the booths, no hostess and the girl cleaning tables asked me to wait until she was done clearing tables to help me. Second time bad service, waitress was yelling from behind do the bar, "do you guys need anything else?" Lazy... Today, they were out of bud light and place was a mess. Wake up Hooters, you need to make some changes in leadership here.... Talked to region manager.... no help, told me to meet the general manager. He was in charge when I was in 2 of the 3 times...

Update 5/12/17 down to two stars. Back to being slow to get food and food that is cold. This is the third time in a row for slow and cold in the last 2 months. Also the restroom stank like urine and looks like it has now been cleared in days. Original review Service and food temperature have improved on the few months. Seems they have had a new manager getting things moving in the right direction. They expect to be closed for a month starting January 15 2017 for remodeling. It looks nicer in here in the parts that have been completed.

First time I have gone to Hooters in Jeffersonville and ordered a burger. I was told after 15 min that they have no hamberger buns. So I said okay put it on Texas toast. 15 min later they tell me they only have hoagie buns. Really? The people at the next table said that they wer out of 3 of their wing sauces as well. I think their manager is not doing their job. Needless to say we will not be back and all my friends I would encourage you to think twice before going there.

We used to eat at Hooters all over the country. Over the last couple years we quit. Service, food, and yes....the scenary, has really degenerated. We were in town for NRA, and decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised....with the food. Wings were good. The fish tacos were superb. The scenary...not so great. Just wait til "Tilted Kilt" and "Twin Peaks" spread east. They will destroy Hooters. Good food and awesome scenary.

Seated right away total garbage after that. New waitress terrible. Ordered drinks and food. Food wrong three times. Double shots came out as singles confirmed by ordering a single. Drinks all messed up and waitress cant figure who has what even after telling her who was on an order. Never return here. It was a nightmare.

Sidney was our server, cute girl. Wasnt really what I would call a hooters flirty server. Gave her opportunity to engaged in converstation, but didnt bite. Food was good. Wings didnt have a while lot of mea t or bread for that matter. Over priced for quanity of food. Not how i remember Hooters when i last attended 18 yrs ago.

Nice location is all I give this hooters. First order of loaded tater tots came with long hair on the top. Then our wings seemed super greasy... either old oil or double dip fried to rewarm. Curly fried were under cooked. Waitress wasnt even concerned that we only took 2 bites. Paid & wont bother with this hooters again.

I was here for a few days each night for the NRA show this is a nice Hooters go in and ask for Destiny, Lillian, Kayla, Kelsi, Katelyn, Cassie A, Sidney and Crystal wonderful women doing a GREAT job I liked all the food I had all week and had NO problems. I want to come back.

Nasty just nasty. The bathrooms smelled so foul. Wait 10 mins to be seated. Another 15 before a server stopped by. 40 more mins for food. And after all that wait hair in our chicken... did not say sorry didnt care or even want to exchange it or offer refund. Just nasty.

Waited 10 minutes with no service. Went to bar to get a drink. They then found our server who was talking with 6 other employees playing with their hulahoop.. we walked across the street to buckheads. Great service there. Will not return

Waitresses were not friendly and the wings and shrimp in the Buffalo Platter were tough.. The place was nearly empty but I was seated at the bar facing a wall....asked to sit at a small booth....was basically ignored after that

Waitress was friendly, but the wings had a freezer burn taste. The bourbon was watered down - my wife and I did a shot and it was half water. Somebody is probably stealing the liquor and replacing it with water.

Moderate food, Leslie gave us great service. Other than that, all the other girls huddled in the back corner the entire time. Cmon its Hooters, you dont go there for the food. Pretend like you care ladies.
