Ive always found their food to be as good as the other Mexican restaurants in town. The service however, has remained a pleasant surprise. One night after a local senior graduation, some teens were driving around town and throwing eggs (we later saw them all along that street and on street signs). We picked that night to park at the front along the sidewalk. Upon arrival at our car, after exiting the restaurant, we discovered the mess all over our windshield. It was upsetting to me as I was pregnant at the time. We went inside to see if the workers had saw anything. No one had, but we were asked to wait a second. Suddenly several workers appeared with a bucket of warm soapy water and offered to clean off our car. We were shocked and forever impressed by the thoughtfulness of their service. They cleaned the entire windshield which allowed us to safely drive home. Update: its now 2016 and I still can praise this place and the staff! My entire family goes often and without issue. The one time my fajita meal was a bit overlooked, it was replaced at their suggestion. They will even customize your meal by request such as how I prefer to add mushrooms and a mix of chicken and beef for my fajitas! Highly recommended place to eat and the outdoor patio is great...especially nice watching the sunset and then staring at the stars.

The Food was pristine and delicious! The service was fantastico! and the Manager was Awesome! I asked for an item not on the menu, the server brought the manager to my table, and he knew exactly what I was asking for - he went back into the kitchen and made the dish - and it was by far the best I had EVER had! The atmosphere in this little Mexican Restaurant was delightful, even though I was there on a Wednesday night! I highly recommend that if anyone is in Glasgow, KY. that they try this place - you will not be disappointed. They also have other locations, and I am looking forward to going to those and trying them out, too.

Had dinner last night on the patio. There was only 8 tables filled with people. We ordered and waited and waited and 5 other couples came in and ordered and received their food within mins of ordering. Still waited and finally asked a manager to check on our order. Our server finally came and said there was a mix up in the kitchen. 10 mins later we received our meal (45 mins). I asked for tortillas to go with my meal. Our server finally admitted it was his mistake. I know people make mistakes but he lied the first time and then charged us for the tortillas. I dont think they handled this properly. Wont get this server again

Good quantity of food for the price I paid. We ordered a side of Guac, and it was one of the best I have ever had. Very fresh. Food was good. Really liked the rice and beans seasoning. The chicken used in the taco was cooked very well and had the right amount of moisture and very good taste of spices. I had flan for dessert, and it was pretty good as well. Staff was very very friendly. Will definitely recommend.

The pergola seating is the best in Glasgow. If only the food quality were as good. The drinks are watered down, the salsa very bland and my Pollo Loco was two wafer thin pieces of chicken that were dry, tough and unseasoned. The rice tasted like it came from a box. The portions were small. The flan to finish the meal, was overcooked with a 1/8" hard bottom. Completely unimpressed and disappointed.

Love El Mazatlan! The Maza Moquelyete is a pumice bowl Filled to the top with your choice of meat, cactus, vegetables & a delicious sauce, ready to be wrapped in hot fresh tortillas. I always have enough for a second meal, generous portions and a Large menu. Walls are painted with lookalike lanterns & Mexican themes, pretty. Prices are very good. Theres also one in Cave City near I-65.

Ive been going to El Mazatlan for over 10 years now. I always get the same thing (Chicken Cheif Special, Cheese Dip for Chips, and Two Steak Tacos with only lettuce and cheese) and its always prepared exactly the way I order it with no complications or mess ups. The staff has always been friendly and the setting/atmosphere is always clean and lively. One of my favorite restaurants.

First time at this restaurant and it was WONDERFUL! We live in Macon co and this is the best by far restaurant we have been too!! Service was QUICK food came out in less then 10 mins of sitting down . Waitress , WAS SUPER NICE ! WOULD RECOMMEND ANY FAMILY OR PERSON TO EAT HERE !

This place is amazing, in my opinion! The staff are friendly and professional. This place is clean and beautiful. The service is excellent, you get your food in no time, faster than McDonalds lol. The food is awesome. I would definitely recommend everyone to go see them.

This place is wonderful!! Whoever said they got acute food poisoning is Nuts!! Noone has ever gotten sick from here!!! Have been eating here for 15 yrs & never seen anything dirty or sending out bad food!!! Only good place in Glasgow, KY to eat!!!

My mother and I stopped at this restaurant for Lunch. The food was great. They had great service and we didnt have to wait very long. The only down side was the guacamole dip was pretty much smashes avocados. Grservoce.

I consider El Mazatlan a close second for the best Mexican food in town, but I prefer their staff and atmosphere over any other restaurant in town. Always friendly and lively, its just fun to be there.
