My wife and I love Hooters, and we visit any one of the local restaurants on a pretty regular basis. Weve been here numerous times before and had great service. This time, however, was not absolutely stellar. In fact, it was actually pretty minimal. On a Saturday afternoon the restaurant was pretty busy. Not remarkably, wall-to-wall busy, but busy. We walked in about 3:30 in the afternoon and had to wait to be seated. Not a couple minutes, either, but well over five minutes just to be seated. We were then greeted by our server. She said "My name is Ashley", but she had a name tag on that said Reagan. I jokingly said "No your name is Reagan! ", and she said that she had Reagans name tag on. We laughed. We actually know Reagan because she has waited on us on previous visits. She then took our drink orders and we told her we wanted the fried pickles appetizer. Ashley/Reagan went and got our drinks and brought them back, then took our entrée orders. After this point our service reached the "absolute minimum" phase. Weve been to this location numerous times and we know that the food delivery isnt the fastest. Theyre not going to win any speed records, but the food is always good and always accurate. The restaurant update looks great and lends itself to When our appetizer came out and was delivered by Ashley, it wasnt so much "delivered" as it was "dropped off on her way by". By that, I mean she walked by and dropped them off at the table without even breaking stride and without saying a single word. About two-thirds through our appetizer our entrées were ready. This time she at least stopped long enough to drop the food off on the way to wherever else she was headed. The food was delivered hot and accurate (when I order their Tex-Mex Nachos I always order them without lettuce), and it was very good. When I mentioned the "absolute minimum" amount of service, thats exactly what we got. When it came to drink refills we had to flag Ashley down. Normally at Hooters the server will spend a few minutes conversing with each table. There was absolutely none of that. There was no personal interaction at all, just the machinations of a server doing her job. After our meals were complete the orange dessert paddle wasnt brought by and we werent asked if we wanted dessert or anything else. We asked for two iced teas to go, but she brought us sweet tea instead of unsweet. She fixed this and brought our check to the table and dropped it off...again, no conversation or pleasantries. Being fans of Hooters, we know what the normal level of service is like. This was not that. Well be back to this location because we love Hooters brand. We just wont any praises about our service experience from this visit. I hate to sell a restaurant short on a bad service experience, but it makes me wonder if we were the only table that fell extremely short that day.

Absolute worse service I have ever received at a restaurant!!!!! Took 45 mins to get our food. My sons wings were cold and my order was wrong when they finally brought it out. Didnt see our waitress again after she took our drink order until she brought us our food. Another waitress brought us our appetizer and helped us to even get our food order in because we didnt know where our waitress was. Waitress never offered to make things right or get us something different or even just say I am sorry! I ended up sending my food back because the whole experience ruined my appetite and not to mention again it was wrong. I even asked for a manager and never did see a manager. Crazy thing was they werent even busy. 70% of their tables were empty. Spent $40 and I didnt even get anything to eat. I usually never leave negative comments but I will never eat here again nor recommend this Hooters location to anyone. We are big fans of Hooters and eat at them often but the service at this one was subpar by far and food nothing like what we are used to at other Hooters locations. Just plain terrible! Eat at your own risk!

First let me say that I love Hooters. I go to them all over the country while I travel. The service was really bad. My appetizer sat on the kitchen counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone brought it to me. The waitresses group up at the far end of the restaurant and talk, meanwhile the customers suffer. The bathroom was nasty. I mean filthy, old and dark. Im a trucker and have seen my share of really bad bathrooms but this is in the top 10 of all time. I will not come back here and I suggest you dont either. But remember, its not all hooters. Most are great, fun places to go.

I read the recent negative reviews, but went anyway because we used to like the service and love the buffalo shrimp. Sad to said our experience this time was not good. Took forever to get seated despite many open booths and tables. When a wattress finally came to take our order she was not real friendly. Not rude. Its obvious management not doing their job making sure thing run well. Will go to Jeffersonville hooters from now on

I used to here on a semi regular basis. Recently alot of money went into a rehab on the place and evidently food quality is where they are making up for it. I ordered a strip cheese and it showed up with 4 3 inch long pieces of chicken about a half inch wide. You can tell it was cut into rectangular pieces. No breading and little to no cheese. Was supposed to be medium...however not the case. It is unlikely I will be back.

Server Tati is very friendly, and is trying to make things right as best she can. However, the kitchen has messed up multiple times, despite having a manager working the line. They sent out the wrong sauce twice. Then sending out bone in wings when boneless was ordered. I enjoy Hooters as a brand, and know there are off nights but tonight it just isnt up to standards.

My family have visited hooters in Clarksville several times, we enjoy seeing the UFC fights. The food and service has always been good, and we always have a great time. Had one visit with couple minor issues with our order and the management took care of it completely. Looking forward to the next UFC event and hooters wings!

15 minutes to get seated. 30 minutes to a waitress. In the booths next to us 3 were taken by separate waitresses. All three at the time are on the clock. The restaurant was mostly empty. Food took a bit to arrive, and according to the three people I was with some of it was cold. Bread on the sandwich was stale.
