Have been going here for years and was just here in October. We used to come here all the time. Went tonight and service was good but food has taken a turn for the worse. Burgers were smaller and not near as good as they used to be. Portion size overall has drastically changed. Im not sure if theyre under new management or what. We hold a rewards card for there that will probably go to waste. It was not worth our 45 minute drive to get there. A drive we gladly took a lot in the past. When we were leaving the host went to tell us bye and almost spit his french fries he was eating at the hostess stand at us. I felt that to be very unprofessional with the manager sitting right there.

Go somewhere else. We were there on a Saturday night, 6:30pm, it was half full, had to wait for a table for a party of six, the service was very, very slow, had to ask for silveware after food came and it never came. Bathrooms trashed - both mens and womens. Waitress blamed cook staff for delay "they are new and dont know what they are doing"....this was not a reassuring comment. Other service items like filling drink glasses was not done. The hamburger was delicious but the hearburn from the service made our whole party declare we were never coming back to this location...and we like the chain but forget it...many other excellent choices around Nashville.

Had to wait almost 10min to be seated, mostly because they were just too lazy to clean off tables, not that they were too busy. Husband and I both ordered the "Finest Burgers", wasnt sure if we should since they cost $3+ more than the others, but we thought wed get a better burger. Boy were we WRONG, Smoke & Pepper was more like Salt & Grease! Was so salty as if they salted the meat first like you would a steak, wrong. Bacon was under-cooked. Burger was dripping so much with grease that the grease started to harden right off the side of the bun as I was eating it. GROSS, I didnt even eat the other half.

As a party of Ten we wait, on a school night...........Server was busy smoking cigs. outside and smelled of smoke as we wait ten mins. for her to take our order. I tracked her down. Food arrives, luke warm and the fish was frozen in middle. Then we wait for our bill. She comes back reeking of cigarettes ,as she returns from behind the store. Rather than offering a ticket she points to a table tablet and assists me in paying the bill. The tablet was gross and sticky. Half of our family were sick that night with cramps and bathroom issues. This place has hit rock bottom!

Cary out is disaster - after a long wait Red Robin gave us the wrong items. Called manager very rude - said we should have checked the order before leaving - WOW need sign remind folks to check order before leaving - this has to be one of worst locations in chain. Corporate needs to address issues - or it will hit the stock price - Building needs cleaning and staff needs more training - Other places to go to spend your money - It is a shame used to go there monthly - not any more - Also go order of fries had 8 in a box - a rip off any way you look at it

Went twice because they had gluten free buns for my wife who has celiac disease. On both occasions we had a mediocre time. Food was OK but the staff were pretty bad. One water was quite rude and obviously didnt have time for another table that night. Refill on the endless fries was very difficult to request. Another water at another time gave an excuse as to why he was so distracted and left our table without drinks for 15 minutes; which I consider very unprofessional. Cheeseburger in paradise was much better - we go there now.

Every time Ive been at this red robin, I leave feeling assaulted. Our server didnt actually wait on us, same as all of the other times Ive been. We asked literally 5 times for some fries, because they promise unlimited fries, and to when they finally arrived ah hour later, there were barely any fries in it. I was in a party of five, and three if us had our food come out to us wrong. It was a bad experience and I would recommend that people go to any other red robin.

While this place is in a great location and during peak times the service and speed of the place is terrible. Fifteen to twenty minute wait the door as I walked in so I sat at the bar, the bartender was nice. Speed of the location between the orders and the kitchen was terrible. It was double the wait time at the door. The place slightly dirty and could have been better. Overall decent place, but speed and cleanliness are the big issues here.

Appetizer plates arrived with leftover food from someone else on all of them. Manager said "sorry" and sent out more plates...which also had food on all of them. Manager said "sorry". Floors were greasy and we never got our drinks. We left and discovered Hillwood Pub about a mile away. They had great burgers and food. Cocktails were great. Excellent service. We will not go back to this Red Robin, but the Pub will see us often.

Wow this place doesnt care anymore. Server didnt even ask if the food was good, which it wasnt or refills. (Serracha burger)The frozen meat patties was sandwich between two of the most dry, stale buns. Extremely little sauce created even more dryness. The tiny double patties were hard. The fries(10) were cold too. These problems could have been fixed if the server care to even ask. Go to Five Guys to real burger.

Went at peak time on Sunday at 1P.M. The place was packed as expected. Seated in about 14 min. Drink order taken and delivered in about 4. Min. Food delivered in about 15 minutes after we were seated. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger I thought it was great! My wife had a mushroom burger and she loved it! I went into Red Robin expecting good food and decent service, I was not disappointed!

I have celiac disease and even a small amount of cross-exposure to wheat will make me sick. My family looks forward to trips to Nashville so we have an excuse to stop by Red Robin and enjoy a great burger. We each have our own favorites, and the best part is I never get sick when I eat there. They understand the necessities of my diet and work to make sure its all clean.

Have been to Red Robin several times. This time it was not good. My server was very unattractive and disappeared for long periods of time. I ask for fries 3 times, was told they would be right out, but that didnt happen for about 20 minutes. The bun was stale or dried out and the meat was overcooked. Not a very good experience.

Awful service! Had to ask for every drink refill. Waitress seemed to go out of her way to ignore our table, but would serve the others around us. Ordered soup that we asked to come before the meal and it ended up coming out 10 mins after barely warm. Red Robins quality has definitely gone down. Food was mediocre at best...
