Penn station use too be one of my favorite sub places too eat in town but yesterday that all changed. As soon as I walked in i notice the employees touching the customers food & then wiping there hands on there aprons not washing there hands before they moved on too the next order. I politely asked Bryan the man who took my order to please put gloves on before he touches my sandwich an he got offended an told me that it was company policy that they dont were gloves & in fact it was cleaner to be without gloves. See I work at a medical facility in town Cook medical so I know the gloves they make us wear are not for fun and they wouldnt make us wear them if they are in fact carry more germs then your hands. I wont be eating at a place whos feels disrespected or offended by being sanitary!

I dont eat hear often because its more expensive compared to other sub shops. Today has further more given me reasons to not eat here again. Im on my hour lunch break and have been here for 30 mins waiting for the wrong order, then have to wait another full wait time for correct order in which I had to go back up to get my fries. All while my boyfriend had already received his corrected order long before my order. So while he is finished eating he is waiting on me to start eating my food. Lunch together was a huge fail today thanks to Penn Station. I would recommend Subway over Penn Station any day. #Subway

I usually love Penn Station. Weve tried this location once and had the worst sandwiches weve ever had from one. They had Skimpy sandwiches and soggy bacon and this was what appeared to be the manager preparing our sandwiches, which does not inspire confidence. When I can forget about our terrible sandwiches I might try this location again and hopefully it will meet penn stations usual standards.

Just had a grilled vegetarian sandwich and it was awesome. Never thought to go to Penn station for a veggie sandwich, but this has now become my go to place when I want a hot fast food vegetarian option. I dropped one star because the fries were way too crispy, but I am sure this was probably a rare occurrence. Look forward to coming back.

The sandwiches are great. I got Philly cheese stake with extra mushrooms and onions and it made it even better. You have to let it sit for a couple minutes because its piping hot but after it sits it is so good! The employees are very nice too and the manger is a really good guy.
