I frequently come here for my lunches at work, my employees & I love to order from you guys... just kind of irritated recently because the past few times ive been in to pick up my order that i placed online and I always arrive right when it tells me the order will be ready & i always end up spending my whole lunch hour waiting for my food to get ready, which is 20-30 minutes after it was "supposed to be ready". It also doesnt make me any happier when the kitchen door swings open and i see the kitchen crew messing around, laughing.. talking.. not really trying to hurry even when there is about 5-7 people waiting on their take out food... Im not one to leave bad reviews... but when i have spent my whole lunch waiting for my food numerous times now.. kind of pisses me and my employees off.... The cashier lady (bless her soul, i dont remember her name but shes always there) she was very nice, and seemed to have a little pep to her step..

The atmosphere is nice for a sports bar and to watch a game, but the food is HORRIBLE and WAAAYYYYYYYYYY over priced for what it is. I took my family of 4 there and it was sixty dollars for 3 adult meals and one dried up crappy little kids burger that didnt even look edible. That food looks like it was microwaved and some sauce dumped on it. If it was cheap food it would be one thing, but for that much money I am taking my family somewhere I can get real food. For what you get it not even close to being worth the money.

Our server did not know the beers they had on tap. Came back to the table 5 times before bringing us sodas. Waited 15 minutes on beer and drink refills. Our food came out wrong and cold. We waited 10 minutes on sauces and napkins. The manager told us the corporate office did not let them do comps or discounts on poor service. Finally he gave us TEN PERCENT off our bill. Which amounted to a credit of $3.00. Will not be wasting our time here anymore. Do not recommend this location.

Went to buffalo wild wings, havent had it for a while and looked forward to having some wings we got there at 5 after 11, got out of the car walked up to the door, it was not open.. saw some workers go in thought it would be open again..got out of the car now twice and being handicap, it made it too much to get out one more time we left and came to Applebees and guess what? They were open! Wont even go back again.

Phone in carryout order. Arrived 35 minutes later to pick up order. Order had not been placed ticket still hanging in front of the cashier. Asked me if I would like to wait while order was placed. NO!!! Thats reason for a phone in. Wont be goin back. Actually gonna hit up Pizza Hut there wings are just as goof if not better anyway.

Been here consistently over the last 5 years, without a shado of a doubt the worst service Ive ever experienced every. single. time. Ive been. It would appear they hire the dumbest and most incompetent people available on staff. I would avoid this establishment at all costs, unless youre pursuing a headache

The worst B-dub experience Ive had. Ill preface with the visit took place during a typical week day lunch hour. Took ten minutes to get noticed (at the bar). My drink sat empty for well over 15 minutes. My food order took 40 minutes. My food came out COLD!!! I will not be back for lunch in Danville.

Just had the BEST server that Ive ever had. He isnt permanent his name is cole just in town for a couple days I think he said but he is better than any of the regular servers. Hes hilarious and actually seems to care about customers we had a grrat conversation really gonna be sad when hes gone.

It took them 3 tries to get my order right I finally said that my order was fine, but it wasnt they kept giving me sweet BBQ instead of hot then they just covered the sweet BBQ blazing hot or whatever is the hottest sauce they have so not a very good experience. :-(

We came in with a $25 gift card and the manager would not acknowledge it because it was the old manager that gave it out. He gave us 10.00 out of 25.00. Very unprofessional!! We frequent this place at least once a week. Very dissatisfied customer.
