This place is a dump!!! I would give it zero stars if I could. I try not to judge a book by it cover but it a disgusting place and the owner is beyond rude!!! I went in because I was craving some donuts, saw they only had a couple left but it was the ones I wanted, the owner bag up my donuts and gave me the total and I tired to had him my card, and he just stared at me, I asked do you not take cards?? I dont have any cash, and then he took the donuts right out of my hands and walked away without saying a word to me. So horrible place and horrible customer service. I will never return.

This place is disgusting and downright scary. Not only do they have crazy hours and are hardly ever open but it is absolutely filthy and rundown inside. It is hard to believe they can actually pass a health inspection!! I walked in feeling like I had just stepped onto the set of a horror film and was waiting to be attacked by a giant rat **shudder**. I totally expect the new Dunkin Donuts across the street to run this place out of business.

Im not sure why this place carries the franchise name... Theyre donuts do not compare to other shipleys. They never have kolaches but they are on the menu. Today when i went in again to ask about kolaches i noticed how dirty the place is. I hope that its just this particular location . Shipleys had standards once upon a time.
