$9.19 steak and baby Arugula sandwich.... Lets start with the fact that this is hardly a steak sandwich, as presented i would call it a soggy roast beef sandwhich at best! Made so by the dripping wet pickled onions and the excessive amounts of sauce. After attempting to fist this soggy monstrosity while driving and eating my lunch on the go i resorted to peeling the one dry piece of sourdough off and eating it, discarding the rest in frustration. I warn all that if ordering this hazardous sandwhich, do so dining in with a fork and many napkins. However i suggest looking elsewhere on the menu (or perhaps at another restaurant all together). The sandwhich had muted flavors (based on the two bites i suffered through), an arduous task of actually eating it and a hefty price tag, Im completely unimpressed. My favorite part was the miniature bag of chips, that being said i was also neglected the included pickle spear. I was hungry when i arrived at this establishment, now im left "hangry".

I paid $12 for half of a Italian sandwich and a pre-packaged Caeser salad and a lemonade. I have ordered the same before. However, this time, the food was unacceptable. The sandwich was too small and did not come dressed with the proper toppings (lacking tomato and lettuce). The sandwich was properly gag-worthy and promptly went in the trash after two bites. Had I not immediately discarded my receipt after purchasing the food, I would be seeking a refund. Silver lining in all this is the lemonade was decent, albeit over priced. (Note: I am an infrequent visitor to Panera restaurants. Generally once or twice every three months.)

Ive only been early morning between 6 and 8 am and only through the drive thru so I cant attest to the inside and how service is at different times. However, for the time Ive been there, Ive never had an issue with the service or food. Usually I get bagels and today for the first time I got the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The bagels ate really good but that sandwich was even better, fresh and hot. Cooked egg and just the right amount of cheese. I look forward to trying other breakfast items, especially the oatmeal

Literally grab a plain bagel everyday and on the days my wife doesnt want sushi from Tokyo we split the Mac and cheese and its seriously top 3 Mac and cheeses Ive had outside of jacksons .... Wish that they would throw the bagels in the microwave for maybe 6-10 seconds after they toast it bcuz it sits there bcuz of the line and ends up getting hard if theres a wait in the drive thru...infact gonna go up there now n maybe get some brownie points with the wife w/a bagel when shE gets up

I love Panera but this particular location was pretty gross. I ordered a water and my kids got a fountain drink. There were little tiny ants on the soda fountain! The filth in that area was awful. The tables were not wiped down and lots of food on the floor. Cordova mall is not as convenient but they are much much cleaner. I will be going there.

The macaroni and cheese is to die for! You better be ready to eat when coming in because the serving sizes are huge! The service isnt necessarily the fastest youll have, but its not the slowest either. The restaurant itself is small, but feels spacious once inside. This is a great place to go for a late lunch with friends.

This is the most high tech Panera Bread Ive ever been to. You have the option of using the electronic kiosk to place your order or going up to the register for the extroverted folks. No complaints at all about the food or service, definitely a nice place to go for students looking for a good lunch.

Came here to get lunch at 230pm and they were already out of their "mitten" frosted sugar cookies for the day..which really irked me considering those cookies appear all over their drive thru menu and arent they supposed to be like a bakery? The girl taking my order was also rude.

Ordered a salad without meat or cheese via their kiosk. My salad had bacon in it. Im a lifelong vegetarian and although the manager apologized and refunded my barely-eaten salad, Im still angry that the staff couldnt even be bothered to make a simple salad correctly.

First time I have ever been to Panera Bread, last time. French onion soup was horrible, had a turkey sandwich with avocado, turkey was so tough you could not eat it. No seasoning on the turkey, no mayo no nothing. First time, last time. No thanks

I decided to stop by after a late class, this location decided that closing the drive through 10 minutes early was good enough to call it 9pm. Still had to wait at the window behind the person that was already there.

Food was good and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that it was way overcrowded and took time to find a seat without sitting in the 90+ degree temp outside. Would recommend but secure a seat first!

(Mostly) healthy, fast casual restaurant. While Panera has steadily increased in price over the past few years, it is still a go-to for a quick meal thats healthier than competing quick-service restaurants.

Was served undercooked chicken with burnt bread. Sent the half sandwich back for another and was confronted by a very snarky employee. New sandwich came and was also burnt. =( and I love Panera.

They apparently dont care how they make their bagels. This is the third time I have received a cinnamon bagel that has onions in it. Its disgusting and unacceptable. Honestly disappointed.

Accommodating, knowledgable staff. The staff was able to answer all questions about food allergies and menu items. I appreciated their service and care. Very yummy food as usual!! :)

This is a smaller Panera location with the usual soups, sandwich, and pastry offerings. The electronic kiosks make for easier ordering if you are in a hurry. Good stop for lunch.

I went to Panera today and got two green teas to go, to only get back to realize there is no straw hole on the lids!!! What kind of business is this! I will NOT be back!!

My wife and I visit this location at least once a week and the food is consistently delicious. The staff are always as nice as can be. I strongly recommend stopping in.

If you are going through drive thru, always check your order! There have been numerous times Ive either been given the completely wrong order or something was missing.

The soup in a bread bowl is the best. The service is awesome and with the new ordering area you can be in and out in a flash.

Fast, Fresh and Friendly what the heck else do you need? Great place! But a wine would be even better with these meals!

Always been good to me, just wish they would get the tables updated to the ones where you can order from your table.

Very very busy and packed. Barely a parking spot or place to sit. Dirty tables and food all over flooring.
