The store is very clean and has a wonderful deli and bakery area. The personnel are trained well and know their products. Very friendly always ready to offer samples. Also Love the ready to cook section of the meat department. Has saved me several work days with the ready to cook fresh meat and poultry options. I have only found 2 areas I think this store can improve. The dairy department. I have request a particular coffee creamer that all the other Publix in the area carry. I have been told that item has been discontinued which is not correct and also that he would make a special order and call when its there also hasnt happened. Second is the person demonstrating the different featured meals is not very congenial when asked what the selection is or on offering any advise or information on that selection or others that may be displayed. Very different reaction than I find at the other area locations when I stop to collect a recipe card and ask some questions. I got the impression she wasnt comfortable with questions. Even the people who dempnstrate at Sams want to tell you about what they are preparing or handing out. Have not found that yet. I do Really like the location and the store in general. Just think there is room for improvement.One more thing. If youre going to have your cashiers ask you if you found everything also train them on what the next step should be when the customer answers No.

I find 9 out of 10 employees here to be customer-focused & friendly, which I find more than acceptable. I only give a 4-star rating because I regularly need items they dont seem to carry. These items have consisted of things like unsweetened shredded coconut, whole organic chickens, organic chicken at all (they have the Publix Greenwise line but its not labeled "organic"), fresh wild caught salmon, spelt flour, coconut butter, or fresh whole wheat pizza dough. The bakery staff kindly took my WW dough order for pickup the next day but having to make another trip was kind of a pain. Otherwise, Im grateful to have such a clean, friendly store nearby.

Still has the "new" smell inside! Staff is still new and sometimes it shows. Im sure as they get completely up to speed they will deliver the same level of service we are all accustomed to at Publix.

Service was great and food was delicious. The location is so darn cute. Ill definitely be back again with my family and friends. So glad I found a sushi spot near my house.
