Very disappointed! I have been to Stix before when they first opened. It was great, all the way from greeting us at the door to us leaving for the night. However my encounter with them this past Friday was ridiculous. Manager and several other servers were very rude while we stood and waited for a table(the whole back room was open, just throwing that out there) . The funny thing is that we made Reservations for 5 oclock, apparently the manager doesnt know the meaning of reservations because she was very rude and quick to say "its first come first serve, once we have a table then youll be seated!" Along with several other inappropriate gestures and comments that were over heard while we were standing there waiting. Just lost my service & money for sure. Dont matter how good the food is, its not worth it for that kindof disrespect... God Bless!!!

We put our names down for a hibachi table at 6pm and were told the wait would be an hour. At 7:20 we came back to check on our reservation and were told "the computer crashed" and they had lost our reservation, and subsequently had seated several parties in front of us. The wait would be another 45 minutes. We have been loyal Stix customers for several years, but this felt like a blatant lie - the host had forgotten to put us in and lied to cover it up. The food is good, but is no way worth waiting 2+ hours for. Theres no shortage of hibachi in the area. Hopefully this isnt a sign of what Stix has become.

I hadnt been to Stix in over a year and tonight I went and there was such A GREAT DIFFERENCE in the customer service received. Stix used to have the best customer service ever. And my has it went downhill! My server was horrible. His(Tyler) first mistake was attempting to snatch a menu out of one of dining neighbors hand while she was still ordering her meal. He seemed like he had to rush on everything. He only checked on us once. He was rude. And he tried to keep my change of $10.00. If I didnt say something twice about it, I wouldnt have had it. The food was good. But not the best it had been.

The customer sitting beside me killed a cockroach. I saw someone who looked like he might have been a manager grab a set of keys with gloved hands unlock a door and go into a closet touching the doorknob and GOD knows what else then proceed to helping roll sushi wearing the same gloves. I say he was a mgr because he was the only person not in uniform. Im so disgusted and disappointed. I thought this was one of the better spots. I will never return. If i couldve given a negative star i wouldve.

Not impressed. My husband and I got 3 sushi rolls, salad, soup, saki. And ordered fried rice. We got the fries rice after we were finished eating and had already asked for the check. We saw the server long enough to take our order. Someone else brought everything to us. They were not busy at all. So there was no excuse for the server to disappear. Wokt go back again

I always get take out. The shrimp fried rice is good and they give me slot for $12 so I dont mind. However I wish they had take out drink specials cuz Im not paying $3 for a drink. I had to go all the way to the Gas Station know Shelby drive and forest Irene.
