I payed for all my food but then was charged with a $13.39 more because the host said that i didnt pay for one of the meal. That there pissed me off. I work at a restaurant and i could have calculated all that. I even volunteered to caculate but she appearently she didnt understand english so, that was a waste of my time and breath. My friends and I Spent "20 minutes" trying to solve this stupid ass matter. Please train your workers better and teach them english if they dont already know english, not trying to be an ass or insult/be rude but because the host did not understand a thing i was saying it was a greater waster of my time trying to explain to her about the things we already payed. I wouldnt recomend this restaurant to anyone who isnt about to look for some useless argument with someone who cant speak english, not trying to be an ass again although i may already be sounding like one but the food wasnt worth that extra $13.39 because the fried noodles was way, way, way too salty.

We I tried this restaurant for the first time. We walked in and had a good first impression because everyone seemed friendly. NOT so fast. It all went down hill when we ordered the peppered lamb which was horrible at best. The meat was dry and grisly and cold. It was obvious that the dish was not prepared to order When we complained the waitress said "That is how its supposed to be" No sorry, we’ll take it back or do you want something else. It was, verbatim "well maybe you will like the other food you ordered" No such luck. Again,it was clear that the dishes were prepared long before we got there. Like off the buffet perhaps. We took two bites and was ready to go so we could go to Ians pizza instead. When I asked to speak to the manager, the waitress brought over a woman and said that she didn’t speak English which was clearly a lie. LOL! Anyway, NEVER, NEVER again.

Went in there just to try. I was seated right away, which was nice, and ordered pretty fast at well. However, it took almost an hour for my won-ton soup and chicken with mushrooms combo(fried rice and an egg roll). When I did get it...an hour later...it was the wrong order, the food was nasty, and everything was burning hot(which is fine, thats how it should be), except for some reason my egg roll was cold. I luckily only wasted twelve dollars and an hour of my life, but I will NEVER return to this establishment and I warn you not to go either.

tl;dr: Great food and service, bad desserts, good atmosphere The entrée was great; I had orange chicken with pork rice and an egg roll with egg drop soup. All of it was very filling. The tables are nicely set, and the dining area was very clean and open. Bathrooms didnt smell bad, but were dirty and shoddy. As for the free desserts: even the small portions available arent worth trying. Nothing had much flavor, and there were fruit flies flying around the buffet and landing on the desserts. Theres a reason theyre free.

The food here was absolutely delicious each time. The waitress was very help in explaining shabu shabu for the new people and was very attentive to our table when we sat. The first time we went, however, it took a little while to catch her attention. The third time we were served by another waitress who seemed to be new (but very apologetic of forgetting our drinks and she quickly fixed that problem).

Please notice that I only comment on REAL Chinese food, that is, excluding dishes like Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef. I met the chef once, he speaks Chinese with thick Sichuan accent. The dishes are, of course, not that authentic, but still, a great place for Sichuan cuisine in Madison. A bit pricey.

Looking for real, delicious, authentic Chinese food? There it is. The best in Madison. No others. All native Chinese eat here, definitely not the general tso or sweet and sour chicken, Americanized fast food kind of stuff.

First time customer food was probably pretty good if it hadnt sat to long by the time I got it. Driver was 15 minutes after the max wait time. I called to check in and they seamed not to care. Ill spend my money elsewhere.
