We typically eat here 2 to 3 times a week if we are staying in the biloxi area. I gave 3 stars because this is a great place to eat however we had a not so great experience tonight. If we are not with a group we usually eat at the bar because Pam is fantastic and we are smokers. My girlfriend always orders the hibachi and on Fridays and Saturdays the bartender or server has to make sure they can take the order if youre not at a hibachi station. Tonight we came in and had our typical orders. We were the first people sitting in the bar area. My girlfriend waited over an hour for her hibachi. People came and went before she ever got her order. This was unexpected and a little frustrating but I assumed the manager would apologize or attempt to make things right. She ended up coming over to resolve an issue on another check and I mentioned you can take care of that hibachi order while youre at it. She never looked at me never spoke to me never apologized for the wait or thanked us for our patience. She simply told Pam no and walked off. We felt bad for Pam as she apologized profusely with no way to make things right. Pam youre great well be back next time we dont see that sorry excuse for a manager doing nothing at the host stand.

We eat at Tien twice a month and drive three hours to get get there. The food is amazing and worth every dollar! We have been coming so long that we have been passed down from the wait staff.....from Selena to Jeffery and now his brother Eric! The best service around! If you have never been I highly recommend it....you WILL NOT be disappointed!

I called ahead and asked if they indeed had shabu shabu as stated on their online and in casino photos. They advised they did I went there and was given vietnamese hot pot instead. Disappointing. I was pretty clear and asked 5 times. I dont like making a scene so I ate it. Its not my cup of tea nor what I ordered. Anyway. The tea was amazing

Very good! The staff is so much fun! The food is amazing! Didnt even need the yum yum sauce! We got one of the Hibachi tables and it was right in front of a window over looking the Bay! So pretty! The sushi roll was huge! Yes the prices are high but it is the best hibachi I have ever had! Very tasty! Oh yeah, ask for Brenda if you get Hibachi!

Ive been coming here for years. I have my favorites, but I find new ones from time to time. The hibachi is less of a show than some places, but the food and drinks match some of the best!

Very good Asian food at the IP in Biloxi. A little bit overprised, but the portions, quality of food, and presentation more than made up for that. Extremely friendly and attentive staff.
